Stayed Aug 22, 2025Minuses:Outside of house and deck were dirty, outdoor shower they advertised covered w leaves and cobwebs. Grass was thin, badminton was set up but rackets were broken. Game room had no light, was dirty and cob-webby. Inside and outside furniture was worn and stained. Similar issues w screened porch. No railing to garage, and a steep drop-off. Garage was dirty and dis organized. No amenities in bathrooms, and not enough towels. Very low ceilings in basement. Do Not Use signs on fireplaces and ice/water from fridge. TV’s didn’t work. Many, many locked cabinets w big, obvious locks. Looked like house had never been deep cleaned-spider webs all over, dirt in corners and on walls. Wasn’t welcoming in any way.Positives:Kitchen small but well-equipped. Dining rm furniture cute/comfy .Comfortable mattresses.5 min drive to beach.

Stayed Jul 26, 2025The house was perfectly located for the things we like to do in the area. The beds were extremely comfortable. The size and amenities accommodated our large family really well. It is much bigger inside than what it looks from the outside. We really enjoyed the family room and screened porch. Kids liked the playhouse, although they didn't use it very much. I'd say the thing we most loved was the location - close to the beach and other places we like to frequent in SW Michigan.
