Room for the Whole Family in the University District

This was the perfect place for our family gathering in town for a wedding. Our group ranged in age 70 to 3.5 (and 1 dog), and the accommodations, amenities and supplies were exactly what everyone needed. We’re anxious to visit again in the summer or early fall to take advantage of the deck and backyard which look very inviting. Highly recommend this lovely home.

The house was super clean. Although it was pet friendly we didn’t bring our dogs. The house was clean and did not have a pet smell. Great location and was perfect for our trip!

We had 5 adults and two older children in our group and we were quite comfortable. The basement rooms and living area were perfect for late night games and visiting. Those of us that go to bed earlier stayed in the upstairs bedrooms and slept well. Everyone commented on how comfortable their bed was. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. We did use the grill as well. The location was just a short drive to the downtown area and Caras Park. It was too far to walk, but we rented a car so we had no issue exploring downtown Missoula. We were in walking distance to the University and enjoyed strolling the campus.Accommodations can make or break a large-ish gathering, and this rental was perfect. We also loved all of the deer roaming through the neighborhood. We even had a close encounter with a newborn fawn in the back of the property.

Our family enjoyed the convenient location of this home to restaurants, shops, and the university. The house was very well laid out for the variety of ages staying at the property and is in a very walkable/bikable neighborhood.

This was a working vacation to finalize a reunion. The property is centrally located, easy to get anywhere in Missoula. Very clean, and well decorated. With four bedrooms it was perfect for the four of us.. The Host was VERY accommodating and responded to our questions quickly! Highly recommend this property!

We stayed with our son and 3 of his new teammates. The boys were able to walk to campus and explore their new neighborhood. The home was perfect for our group and we will for sure be staying moreover the next 4 years.

This property exceeded our expectations. We have stayed at many’s vrbo’s and this was very clean, which is so important to us. The decor is tastefully done, the kitchen is well stocked. The mattresses are comfortable and there is a lot of natural light. The neighborhood was very quiet and so close to the university and downtown. We were 5-10 min away from bakeries, restaurants, dragon hollow and the M trailhead. I hope this little place is available when we’re in Missoula again, I would rebook it in a heartbeat!

In town for hockey tournament. This was a great little place with lots of space for friends and gatherings! Perfect location just blocks from everything you would need! Nice upstairs/downstairs separation for those you can’t party as hard as other! definitely recommend!

We had a nice dad's weekend complete with a football game. The house was perfect, a tiny bit further than we wanted to walk but the house made it worth it. We loved it and hope to return.

This was a fabulous property for a group of friends to come together. The location was perfect with easy driving access to downtown, close to campus and hiking trails. We were there to watch Griz hockey, and the rink was also only a few miles away. This home was cozy and welcoming! we will definitely try to stay here again when we are back in town.

We did a lot of research on this house prior to booking it. The amount of work that's been put into this home away from home is just amazing! We loved the location as it was close to the U oof M. The decor and furnishings were tasteful and well thought out. The open floor plan makes cooking and visiting very easy. Our only complaint is the lack of appropriate silicone/melamine/wood cooking utensils which most likely contributes to the scratched up pots and pans. We would love to stay here again and are looking forward to our next visit to Missoula! Thanks so much! wou

Good location. We loved walking the neighborhood, the walk-in shower in the downstairs bathroom, the pictures on the walls, and furnishings! Everyone slept well in the comfortable beds. I especially appreciated the art, posters, map on the walls. That’s why I’m mentioning it twice.

We had a wonderful couple days at this delightful house in the heart of Missoula. It was on a quiet side street near the University. Every detail has been thought of in the remodel of this cute, modern house. There was plenty of room for our large family to spread out, inside and outside. The beds were clean and comfortable. Parking was easy right outside the front door. Only praise for this place!

We were within walking distance of relatives for a family reunion, perfect for us. Plenty of space, towels, beds, for six of us. Thank you for thinking of everything!
