The cottage is peaceful, yet close toeverything. Start your day with coffee on the screened patio while marsh birds wake up, then take a golf cart to the pools or beach. After a day outside, everyone can enjoy our fast internet.

THE GULF SHORES EXPERIENCE
Located on a stunning peninsula surrounded by water, you’ll be immersed in nature. Our home sits on a beautiful peninsula surrounded by water, so you’ll be close to nature. Since we’re near the water, you may see some coastal insects, but the screened patio gives you a comfortable place to relax and enjoy the breeze. You are coming to experience the area and stay in one of the beautiful cottages; we cannot control anything beyond our service and inside the home.

Guess has access to all areas of the community. Two parking passes are available. If you need a third, please let us know in advance, as we will need to locate an available spot.

You will receive the door entrance code a couple of days before arrival. If the home is left in good condition before your arrival, we may be able to let you arrive early. We ask everyone to leave the home how you found it; it gives everyone a chance to have almost an extra full day at the beach!

During the winter season, the Bodenheimer Center offers a 10-day pass for heated indoor pool classes and gym facilities, tennis courts, etc. We also offer huge monthly discounted rates in the off-season.
