Description

Fabulous city and space needle views from the rooftop deck. Great location as it's easy to walk to light-rail, parks, restaurants, bars, shopping and more. Everything you would expect form a high end modern property in the heart of Capitol Hill, Seattle.

The space

Our townhouse is off the side street which makes for added peace and quiet while still centrally located. It also has a security camera doorbell for added safety.

First Floor - The entrance way opens to thegreat room which packs a lot into this cozy space including a small outdoor garden, living room (with smart TV and a sofa bed), half bathroom, and a fully loaded kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, fridge, garbage disposal and dish washer. We have a coffee maker, tea kettle and a toaster. Typical items such as utensils, cutting boards, pots and pans are also provided. This floor also has air conditioning.

Second Floor - This floor has a full bathroom and two bedrooms (with queen beds) and a Washer / Dryer. Both bedrooms have standing fans.

Third Floor - The third floor is where the master bedroom sits. It includes a full bathroom (shower, double vanity, and toilet), a queen bed, and a sofa bed. It also has views of the city and air conditioning.

Fourth Floor (rooftop deck) - The rooftop deck has views of the city and space needle. We provide comfortable seating so you can take it all in!

Parking - There is one outdoor parking spot available in the back on the property. Note our parking spot easily fits mid-sized SUVs. A full sized SUV will be a tight fit. Parking is also available on the street with 2 hour limits between 7am and 6pm except for Sundays.
