Beautiful place!

Although we had absolutely no issues, the host stayed in touch with us to make sure we were happy. The host even allowed early check-in. The house was exceptionally clean and well maintained. It is exactly as advertised, with entry to the beach being at the end of the block. You cannot go wrong staying here.

Our entire stay was AMAZING!! Host responded to inqueries within minutes. House is spacious. Kitchen is well stocked. All appliances in perfect working order. Generous supply of toiletries in each bathroom. Rooftop deck has spectacular view of the ocean. Steps away from the beach. All 10 of us had a fabulous time.

Really enjoyed our stay in Nov 3025! Very good weather and beach time was relaxing. Host welcomed us and made sure we had everything we needed.

House was larger than expected and worked well for three families to unite in sunny Florida! Hostess was very responsive and friendly, no issues anywhere.

Before considering renting this property, I strongly urge you to confirm with the owner that the HVAC system has been properly inspected and cleaned. During our stay, we encountered a pervasive musty odor throughout the house, which we initially attributed to the air conditioning being set at 78 degrees. However, the smell persisted, and by the second night, it became clear that something more serious was wrong. We had guests who chose not to stay due to throat irritation caused by the air quality, and we later discovered black mold with visible spores in several air vents, particularly in the Mother-in-Law suite. This was confirmed by an ENT specialist in our group, who found the odor overwhelming and immediately removed her daughter and our granddaughter from the suite. This led to a shortage of beds for our guests and a couple left to find other accommodations. When we reported these concerns to the host, we were offered a late check-out as a resolution, which was unacceptable given the potential health risks. The host later downplayed the severity of the issue, attributing the odor to a sink and claiming there was no mold. However, an HVAC expert reviewed the evidence we provided ( see pictures) and immediately identified the issue as mold caused by moisture in the attic, possibly from past roof leaks. He indicated that the entire HVAC system likely needs a thorough cleaning or even ductwork replacement to ensure safety. Host only offered a minimal $100 refund.
