Stayed Nov 9, 2023Great stay. Close Uber/Lyft rides to Broadway. Convenient location to everywhere else. The area seems to be industrial. We had no issues with the location, however listing says there is a security guard for the weekends but we didn’t see one. Host was great, we had to text about a gate issue at 2am and they were able to respond and get a maintenance person out to us in the morning. Gate was fixed before we woke up. Beds are comfy! Thank you for the stay.

Stayed Oct 12, 2023some friends and I came to Nasville for fall break and this property was perfect! We had plenty of space to spread out and was a close drive to Broadway

Stayed Sep 7, 2023This property is very nice and we loved the close access to so many things in Nashville! The only concern that we had was the neighborhood. It’s located right next to some sketchy houses and hopefully more buildings/units like this can be built to improve the neighborhood!
