Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was very nice and well located. The staff was not responsive. When we first arrived we, of course, unlocked the door. After that the door would not lock. So it remained unlocked whenever we left the home during our stay. The spigot for hot water in the second bedroom bathroom was not attached. We called about each of these things several times and left messages. No one ever responded, nor did anyone fix the door or the sink. This had a negative impact on our stay and made us less likely to use or recommend Homeowners Collection.

Reviewer Comments: Could use some simple upgrades:Coffee Maker does not keep coffee hot. Kurig would be nice. Pot holder pads are awful. Didn’t have TV or WiFi our entire stay.... Very disappointing and difficult to fully enjoy our week w grandchildren.Wish basic cooking ingredients could be provided: vinegar, oil, sugars/sweetner. Did not even have any salt! Foil and seran wrap should be provided. And never enough dish soap or dishwasher soap or trash bags. However.... We love the open floor plan, the balconies and the location! Best shower ever.

It’s the perfect location and much quieter this year with the beautiful setting of Ruskin Park. It’s my beach oasis!

Close to everything, yet the serene view of the park gives you the calm you need at the end of the day. The house is amazing, the elevator is handy but my best memory is morning coffee on the patio overlooking the well manicured park. Homeowners Collection for the win, they were amazing!

I cleaned it before my guests arrived. Beer cans were on the top deck. Sand was on a lot of the floors inside. The second floor deck had lots of sand. The outdoor furniture and rugs had sand. The master nightstands were removed and stools were substituted. The master bed mattress was changed to one that is not good. The “Parking Valet” steals owner and guest parking spots before we can use them.
