Stayed Feb 6, 2025It was a very nice location, very clean. We really enjoyed our stay in Denver. We did utilize the hot tub, which was a very nice option. A couple of things to note one bedroom is on the first level and the other two are on the third floor. The main living area is on the second floor, the bathrooms are on the first or third floor.

Stayed Dec 30, 2024Thought it would have been decorated still for the holidays. The couch did have rip in it. The heat keep wanting to turn down, It was cool with the big windows. Not enough kitchen utensils and no big bowls we tried cooking meals there. There are no tvs in the bedrooms. No washcloths. The garage is small I have full size suv

Stayed Dec 23, 2024This is a perfect place for a stay close to downtown Denver, close to the sports stadium, with easy access to points south, west, and north.The hot tub was a high quality and good size, and the rooftop deck afforded views of downtown Denver on one side and the mountains on the other. We have traveled the world and many places in the US, and this one ranks toward the top.

Stayed Nov 27, 2024Well, the condo was great, the first night we had no hot water. It took a day to hear from the manager about how we might be able to fix the problem. Turns out the fuse had tripped and turned the water heater off.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969House was very clean. Host was responsive to any questions. We loved the hot tub on the roof....view was great! Highly recommend and would stay there again.

Stayed Sep 4, 2024good location for us to stay during a trade show weekend at the convention center. A nice alternative to the expensive hotels downtown. Short and inexpensive UBER rides in the mornings. Staff was very responsive.

Stayed Aug 10, 2024This property is close to everything which we really enjoyed. It’s pretty bare bones in regards to what it has but the essentials are covered. It does have a garage but our rental car didn’t fit in it, it was a medium sized SUV. Also there are 2 long flights of stairs that you have to carry your suitcases up. Easy if you have light luggage but we were on a 2 week trip so it was honestly a pain. The owner was very fast to respond and was easy to work with.

Stayed Jun 30, 2024The family and I had a great time staying at the property. The rooftop patio is a great place to enjoy the gorgeous Denver weather. Location was great. Extremely close to the heart of the city for easy access to Meow Wolf, Rockies games, etc. as well as many quieter neighborhood areas. We loved Sloan Lake and Edgewater Market.

Stayed Jun 8, 2024This was a great rental and exactly what our group was looking for. The location is perfect and the rooftop has wonderful views of both the downtown skyline and mountain range. Host was very communicative and answered any questions. Townhome was in great shape and we would certainly stay there again on a return trip.
