Beautifully decorated house in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed the steam shower on a cool evening. I loved sitting out on the courtyard during the day but too many mosquitoes at night. I would rent this property again.
This location is nothing less than enchanting. My husband and I chose the adobe retreat based on the southwest ambience of a true adobe home, the great kitchen and living area, as well as the location. My husband is from Albuquerque and was excited to stay in this particular location. It is very close to the Pueblo Cultural Center, Old Town, museums, and just down the road from Los Ranchos and Corrales. The home has a well equipped kitchen for dining in or morning coffee/tea with the tv news or a chat, open to the spacious and comfortable living room. The private outdoor patio is romantic and welcoming adjacent to parking in which our truck fit just fine with the gate closed. We come from a ballooning community and it would be a good place to stay for anyone with a trailer with the gondola that needs to be secured. The adobe wall around the home and large solid wooden gate with lock provide privacy and security. Our stay was 5 days and 4 nights. I could easily live here if needing a longer stay. We have a grand baby on the way in Albuquerque and hope to stay in the same location in the future. Our communication with Andrea was very pleasant. We highly recommend this location, and all the amenities it offers. We did not use the steam room so cannot comment on it, however it was very clean.
When coming for a convention , we chose this * home away from home*. Fellow travellers were cramped in hotel rooms, while we had this charming casita. Simple but down to earth, with a fully equipped kitchen…..the island and stools were great for us and for casual entertaining. The patio is beautiful for a morning coffee before the sun gets too hot. Evening too can be magical with lights and the fountain. Huge walk in shower has steam , and plenty of huge fluffy bath towels to dry off. The decor is funky, eclectic and comfortably cosy. Vibrant traditional and modern art is everywhere. So if you are in to a relaxed vibe, consider giving host, Andrea a shout!
This place did not disappoint! Great location, friendly neighbors, comfortable accommodations. Owner and manager very friendly and responsive.
Great little spot. Close to Old Towne, the Riverwalk (Bosque Trail), the highway, +++ All the conveniences were available & appreciated. Very comfortable stay. Loved the steam shower. Super easy getting in touch with the owner. Would stay here again.
Very nice space and we felt at”home”. Quiet neighborhood that was close to Old Town. Unit was very well stocked and comfortable. Would definitely rent again! To Andrea: gate is tricky to open. Cable only allowed for a few local channels?
I came as a retreat from stress, I stayed an extra week! Great quiet location, but close to many places to visit. Took several walks, spent time relaxing in the shade, lovely garden. Nice to be inside a gated area. Bed and amenities were so nice. The host and manager were very accommodating. Manager helped me very quickly when I could not get the TV box to work. She got it upand running for me. Kitchen had everything I needed and then some. Plenty of supplies. Great to have the washer and dryer right there too. Would definitely stay again if needed.
This is a nice place in a good location for getting around Albuquerque.
Enjoyable stay. Good location, close to shopping, restaurants and activities. Very nice to have washer/dryer in house. Owner very responsive.
Great location as close to the freeway and Old Town. Very well stocked kitchen. We r used to a timeshare where sometime salt and pepper r not even available. The steam shower was a gift after long days of hiking. Fun decor was reminiscent of Old Mexico. Temperpedic bed was like ours at home so no sore backs. We stayed for a month so only wished for a vacuum cleaner. Great communication
