Romantic and Relaxing Studio

Great little studio in a quiet residential neighborhood. Easy access separate private entrance connected to existing home. Good communication with owner, off street private park spot (shared driveway with owner). Under 10 minutes to Vegas Strip. Comfortable bed. Bathroom small but workable. 2 burner stove top, decent size fridge, coffee maker. Minimal kitchen supplies.

The place itself was great, but the real standout was the location. There's probably hundreds of incredibly good pan-asian restaurants within walking distance, I was a little worried I wouldn't have walking access to anything good but that was quickly dispelled by a glance at Google maps. I would absolutely stay here again!

Although most of my time was spent elsewhere in Vegas,the time I did spend here was peaceful and relaxing. Everything from the comfortable bed,down to the little things, made it feel like I was staying in a nice hotel room,only without the high price and noisy hallways. Owner was not invasive,and was very pleasant with his messages. I would definitely choose it again if I return to Vegas.

I would definitely recommend this property its in a nice quiet neighborhood its only 10 minute from the strip . The studio is amazing It's perfect for a couple or just a single person wanting to get away for the weekend It's near a bunch of great businesses and restaurants is just the perfect place to go to if you don't want to stay on the strip with how pricey some of those hotels can be And the owners are really sweet answer all your questions And make sure everything is to your liking it's honestly the best place to stay

Communication with the property owner was on point and quick. Easy to find and well light and secure. Exactly what we needed for our 3 night stay in the area. Amenities such as coffee maker and shampoos were thoughtful, as was the little outdoor seating area.

Enjoyed the overall stay, small place for two people who just wanna get away and enjoy time will return in the future

I love this part of town. Lots of food and fun walking distance. The strip is only 10 minutes away. The apartment is sweet and clean and best of all private. The set up is great. You can get some snacks and fill the fridge. The bedroom is nice and quiet with a great split ac system. I love this place this is my 2nd stay. I will be back again.
