Seeking some alone time Slip away to our cozy mother-in-law suite, a two-story gem with 2 spacious bedrooms, a full kitchen, and laundry facilities just a skip and a hop from the main house.
* Pets are welcome, because no getaway is complete without our furry friends by our side :)
* The pool is available seasonally; we close it from October to April. However, the hot tub
remains accessible for guests throughout the year.

HOUSE RULES
*PETS: Pets (dogs/cats) are allowed for an additional fee of $50 per pet per stay, with a maximum of 2 pets. If you plan to bring 2 pets, please let us know in advance so we can send the additional pet fee. The unauthorized bringing of pets will have a penalty of $200 which will go towards the deep cleaning of the property.

* CHECK-IN: Check-in time is after 4PM. Early check-in requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. If we’re able to accommodate an early check-in. Please check the availability of early check-in prior to booking.

* CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is before 10 AM. We do not allow late check-out as we schedule cleaning ahead of time. Any unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge of $50 for every 30 minutes.

* SMOKING: We do not allow smoking inside the property or in outdoor spaces including the balcony, backyard, and terrace (if applicable). There is a smoking fine of $500.

* NOISE: Please observe quiet hours after 9PM. Please be mindful of the neighbors as this
property is situated in a quiet neighborhood. If the police are summoned due to noise complaints, this warrants a possible eviction with no refund.

* DAMAGES & LOSS: We would truly appreciate it if you could treat our home like yours. You will be responsible for any damages or loss to the property which will be deducted from your security deposit. Please advise us of any damage or loss immediately upon discovery.

* UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS: Please make sure to book the property for the correct number of guests. Parties, events, or any kind of gathering are prohibited. No other guests outside the reservation are allowed on the property.

* PHOTOSHOOT/MUSIC VIDEOS: This property is for residential use only and not for commercial purposes without the written permission of the owner. Please contact us directly for booking of events.

* LOST AND FOUND: Please note that all shipping is at the traveler’s expense. There is a minimum $25 shipping cost plus a $50 service fee. We are not liable for any lost items. Our team will do our best to locate your lost items after check-out.

* MAILS & PACKAGES: We do not allow any mail deliveries or packages during your stay.

* BBQ GRILL: Propane tank is available for our guests to use but refill will be covered by the guest. Please note that guests are kindly requested to clean the BBQ grill thoroughly after each use. Failure to do so will result in a BBQ cleaning fee of $100 being applied.

* FIRE PIT: Guest will have to secure the firewood should they need to use the fire pit. Firewood is not supplied nor replenished in the property.


* CHANGE OF RESERVATION DATE: Kindly ensure the accuracy of your reservation dates. Any changes to the dates must be requested at least 30 days before the scheduled check-in date. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in the automatic declination of the request.

* POOL MAINTENANCE: A pool maintenance personnel will be on property 2x per week to maintain the pool. They will not be accessing the home.

* LANDSCAPER: A landscaper will be on property to maintain property grounds. They will not be accessing the home.

* VISITS AND PROPERTY ACCESS: We will always notify in advance should there be a need to access the homes and no one will ever enter without your approval. An exception is if there is a fire or life-threatening situations in the home.

Guest Access:
* Self-check-in: The door code will be activated precisely at check-in time.
* Guests have access to the Main House (6 bedrooms) and the Mother-in-Law suite (2 bedrooms).
The main house garage doors remain locked at all times.
* Contact us anytime from 10 am to 6 pm for regular assistance, and 24/7 in case of emergencies.

    We had a large (30) family group of all ages and found the property to be entertaining and comfortable with a variety of living space. The location is great allowing for easy access to local points of interest as well as seclusion. A major plus with a large group was the availability of 3 kitchens.Dustin was extremely helpful and available in the run-up to and during our stay.We had a wonderful vacation at this property.

    Great house! Served our group well! It was a beautiful property.Didn't have griddles in their kitchen, we needed them to cook a large amount of pancakes. We went and purchased them and owner reimbursed us!It sleeps 30 exactly. We had to get creative with sleeping arrangements, so if you're not family you might have to move mattresses and other things to accomodate everyone. But that was minor compared to all the other great things about this property!

    The place was great the kids loved the pool, we didn’t use the grill because they were both dirty the cleaner needs to be a bit more particular and one bedroom had water on floor carpet hopefully they get it fixed to nice of a house to let it go.
