    This was a very comfy and clean home with everything we needed. My only complaint is that there are no bathrooms on the main floor. Not a deal breaker but a bit inconvenient during the day.

    It is a very nice house. The upper floor, the living space, is spacious and light filled when the blinds are open. Deer hang out near the front deck. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay very much.

    Good location within Sunriver. Nice lower deck. House was super clean and well stocked with paper products. Spacious house— very nice kitchen and living room. Master bedroom spacious as well. Communication with Bennington properties was excellent. Had air conditioning issue—it was addressed within a few hours!

    Good location...minutes to the Village and Lodge. Very comfortable and super clean. One of the cleanest homes I've stayed in in Sunriver. And really appreciate that it's dog-friendly. Great weekend.

    3 Rogue was an excellent home base for our three-generation girls vacation. The house was well-stocked and very comfortable. Rogue Lane is perfectly located to enjoy the river, the River Loop, the Fort Rock Park, Marina and the Stables. We used the “home bikes” but will probably rent bikes next time. Bennington Properties represented the property accurately. Staff were responsive and very easy to work with. We look forward to our return in 2025, scheduling 2 weeks instead of one! Thank you for making our stay a “10”!

    Comfortable living space. Well stocked kitchen. Great natural light with plenty of windows in great room area... Beds were comfortable. Pleasant outside area. Lovely decks but too cold out this time of year to enjoy them. Management responded to our concerns quickly and were pleasant with text messages. We were disappointed with check in time of 5 pm and check out of 10 am. I admittedly did not request late check out greater than 24 hrs before departure as per guidelines. Overall a very pleasant time with my family.
