Semi-detached two story backing onto a green space reserve. This gorgeous property has 180 degree mountain views and rolling hills. Granite gas fireplace & 6 person Hot Tub. Maple dovetail kitchen cabinets. New Stainless steel appliances and custom insert gas range. Master bedroom (King) full ensuite, two other large bedrooms (Queens).
Private occupied basement suite walkout not included.

Enjoy the main and upper floor! Warm fire place and tv room. Outdoor fireplace and hot tub. Brand new beds and linen. Guests have full private access to the house, front yard and backyard. The hot tub is privately reserved for guests enjoyment.

(Please note the hot tub area is not meant for parties or large gatherings) special permission can be granted but must be authorized.

    This home was the perfect spot to drop at the end of our daily jaunts to Banff or Calgary. It is the middle of an incredibly quickly growing area, which provided for all of our needs because everything was so easily accessible.Our host Pam replied quickly to all of my messages and even soothed my travel anxiety. The house was well stocked with basic items, which made our stay even better. Thank you for a wonderful trip!

    We stayed for the Calgary Stampede and had a wonderful time. It was cleaned, stocked very well and had plenty of room for 6 of us. I enjoyed the hot tub each morning!

    Plenty of space less than an hour from Banff and close to all the amenities in Cochrane. Pam was a great host!

    a lovely home with good appointments, and a STUNNING view from the kitchen or deck of the cochrane cityscape and the “hill”. Barbecue and hot tub are bonus features we used (at 0 degrees C). Location is fine, no busy traffic, and only 5-7 minutes from the center of town. Local transit a short walk away, but limited by the Cochrane schedule, not location. We added time, and Pam and the housekeepr made it work for us. Recommend!!!!!

    Nice spacious duplex, pretty modern too, upper and lower deck with sectionals on each, hot tub and outdoor fireplace was a nice touch for cool evenings. Nice view and quiet community. Neighbor's are not happy when you park on the public street so if you have more than 1 vehicle, there will be a problem! There is only 1 parking spot on the driveway as this is a duplex and there is no parking inside the garage although the listing states there is. Garage is locked from renters using it. The fireplace on the main floor does not work. There is a strong musty smell upon walking up to the 2nd floor. It comes from the washer. The door of the washer needs to be left open 24/7. Owner is aware to use Tide Washing Machine Cleaner repeatedly and to leave the door of the washer open 24/7. There is no cable on the tv’s. We love watching our daily news but could not. There is a smart tv with an assortment of shows from Vancouver. The shower head in the master ensuite lacked in water pressure. This was noted on a previous review. Shower head needs to be replaced. Owner Pamal was very responsive to messages and answered quickly. That was very much appreciated. The home was very clean on the whole. Baseboards in the bathrooms need cleaning as well as hand marks on the walls and scuff marks on the walls need tending too. Also the stainless steel sink in the kitchen should be bleached to remove the black coffee stains around the sink drain. Otherwise it was perfect.

    Very clean and spacious for 4 people. They have everything needed to be more than comfortable. The sheets on the bed were so soft, even with AC there were fans stored in each bedroom closet that you could plug in as the upstairs stayed quite a bit warmer with 30+ temps. You can tell they take great pride in this property, we truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

    What a great location for our boys golf trip!!!! Very easy to get to hiway if golfing in Canmore the house was perfect. Would for sure stay again as Cochrane is a great town!
