Stayed Sep 6, 2025It was clean, there was comfortable furniture,I loved the pictures on the walls a kids art. I wish I could have stayed longer and cooked or baked. The kitchen was so well stocked.

Stayed Mar 22, 2025the house is nice enough and communication with the owner was great until we checked in and i texted about the fireplace not working, then i didn't hear anything back. Other problems were a shower that did not work and there was no grill to be found though the listing said there was one. and the fireplace didn't work.

Stayed Jul 13, 2024Location and house was great for our visit to the area for the Triple Bypass bike ride!! The host have quick response for all points of stay. Our dog could stay with us which was a bonus! The house has a great location for quick access to town and/or hiking!

Stayed Mar 10, 2023The overall property was nice and in a great location. However, the house is being remodeled and was not very clean. It will probably be really nice when completed, but until then there is paint on the floors and wooden floor slates that are missing. The small shower leaks from the sealant by the toilet and there are holes in the bigger bathroom door. The gas fireplace was fantastic as was the huge picture windows. The house was cozy and a nice yard for pets.

Stayed Jan 27, 2023The house was sufficient for our stay, and the neighborhood was fine. On the positive side, the house was fairly well stocked in the kitchen, and it was very nice to have someone come in the early morning to clear snow from the driveway. On the negative side, the house cleaning needs more attention. The host allows dogs and charges an extra fee to keep dogs. We recognized that; however, we also expected that the extra fees charged to previous renters would have gone toward extra cleaning to remove all the hair and smell. Unfortunately, this is not the case. There was dog hair on all surfaces: couches, chairs, carpet, tables, beds, and even inside the refrigerator and freezer. We spent an hour or so cleaning, vacuuming, and lint rolling on our first night. The manager stated that he would look into it, but his only offered remedy was a discount if we stay there again.
