Payments collected by The Wanderlust Co are secure. Your payment will be handled safely during your course of business with us. Payments are powered by Stripe, are Safe and Secure SSL Encrypted. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. We only accept payments in U.S. currency.



Rental Fee: 100% of the reservation will be charged to your payment method at booking confirmation.



Cancelation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check in will receive a 100% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check in will receive a 50% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. No refunds will be processed within 14 days of check in.



Pre-Check In Requirements: As a professional vacation rental company, we do require our guests to upload an acceptable government-issued photo ID for additional identity verification and sign our terms & conditions agreement on our guest portal, which is where you will be able to view your check in instructions upon completion of pre-check-in requirements. If you are booking a reservation for someone other than yourself, we do need the contact information of the guest(s) who will be staying at the property.

    We loved the house and the neighborhood! Craftsman style is one of our favorite kinds of architecture! And being able to walk to Dickson Street is wonderful. The house was very clean and the small details, like the towel swan on the bed, were very charming. The bottle of wine and snacks were also a very welcoming touch, and the screened in porch is so nice. We look forward to staying here again.

    I had a fantastic stay at this property right in the heart of downtown. The location couldn’t have been better—everything was within walking distance. The home was spotless and well-maintained, and the check-in process was a breeze. The property manager was responsive, professional, and easy to work with throughout our stay.
