- Service animals are permitted with advance notification and required documentation
- The State of Wyoming does not recognize Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) as service animals; property owners are not required to accept ESA documentation
- Long-term stays of 30 nights or more require a signed lease agreement, security deposit, and homeowner approval
