Riviera Retreat - Summer Favorite - Boat Parking!

We actually were not able to stay here. We were sick with the flu, however we've had excellent communication with our host and would definitely book this if we were ever visiting again. this area n traarea.

Clean, quiet and comfortable! This was the perfect place for the Thanksgiving Holiday getaway for my fiancé. I definitely recommend!!!

Good location and good neighbors

Clean and comfortable. The host was very responsive

We like the layout of the house it accommodated us well. Enjoyed the patio by the kitchen for breakfast coffee and view. Fun Chatty neighbor. Plenty of parking for 2 boats.

Everything was good . The value in the main shower didn’t work for hot water but everything was good.

The place was nice. Easy to access and park. Nice and quiet.

I had a great stay. The house was clean, had everything I needed, and was as advertised. I would definitely stay here again.

It was cozy and perfect for our family. The reason I’m only giving 4 out of 5 stars is because the air conditioner is really loud and would wake me up in the middle of the night every time it clicked on and off. If it wasn’t so hot, we would have left the a/c off.

Property as described, affordable and spacious

Nice, clean place. Plenty of room for our pontoon boat, as advertised. AC worked very well, even on 114 degree days! I only wish the bed were more comfortable (firm memory foam). The location was not clear from the listing. It is way out on the south end of town, about 10 minutes from the bridge.

Our stay here was awesome! Anthony was the perfect host. There was always so much to do in Lake Havasu. It was a beautiful area and so much to do. The Rotary Park is the best park. Great for walking, swimming, and visiting with very nice people. We definitely will be back.

Overall a wonderful duplex unit with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Kitchen is stocked for simple meals but is capable of larger gatherings with some forethought. I loved all the patio space especially!Just a few things detracted from the stay, the lack of clothing storage for guests, and the fact that the Roku TV was not in Guest Mode resulting in a mishmash of accounts being left active. There are better rentals in Havasu from an amenities standpoint, but this one is a great value and is close to my folks. I'll probably return!

Cute property, grocery just .3 miles away. Clean. Had basic needs - washer / dryer, pans to cook etc. wish there was a fence for the dog. The screen in the masters was broken and the little enclosed area also wasn’t closed off.

This house was perfect for our 4 day stay. Very cute and clean. The location was great, stores and restaurants were not far. Anthony made everything easy . We would stay again for our next trip.
