GUEST ACCESS: The main level includes a living room, dining area, full bathroom, updated kitchen, and access to a private patio. Upstairs, the second floor features three bedrooms and another full bath. Both the finished basement and attic serve as additional bedroom areas, with the attic offering a twin bed cot for added flexibility.

A washer and dryer are located in the basement laundry room.

Please note: the garage (on the basement level) has been converted into a separate owner suite with its own private entrance. It is not available for guest use unless arranged in advance.
