Stayed Apr 10, 2025The property was exactly as described. Beautiful home in a great location. A few days before the end of our stay, the hot water heater stopped working. We reached out to the support email provided by the property management company, Evolve, and they responded quickly. Someone was sent out the next day to check on the issue. Although it wasn’t resolved before we left, both the management company and the owner handled the situation extremely well. They did everything they could to fix the problem right away and provided some compensation for the inconvenience. As a homeowner, I know things can break. What really matters is how the situation is handled, and in this case, it was handled with care and professionalism. Thank you to everyone who helped make our stay a great one.

Stayed Jan 30, 2025We had such a great time in Florida! The house had plenty of space, the pool was amazing, and the location couldn’t be beat for our needs. Despite these pros we were very disappointed in transparency of available amenities. We were traveling by plane and reached out inquiring about a number of items (beach chairs, pack and play, etc.) and were told none were available so we arranged rentals. Upon arrival we found everything we had rented already present. As someone travel by plane it was very disappointing to not have all of the amenities clearly listed.

Stayed Jun 26, 2024We had a great time at this rental property visiting family who live on the island. The pool was perfect. The house had all the small little amenities that you don’t realize you need until you see them there (a few starter rolls of TP, dish soap and new sponge, beach chairs, serving dishes and spoons, salt/pepper, Pam cooking spray, just to name a few!) the kids loved the pool. It was hard to get them out! We would definitely book this property again!

Stayed Jun 7, 2024We absolutely love the house, location and the immediate area. Coral reef park is so beautiful and fun for everyone. We paid extra to be able to enjoy a pool. We could not enjoy the pool because the heater was set at 95° the pool was so hot easily 100+° when the outside temp/weather is 95° the last thing you want is a bathtub to jump into, not refreshing at all. I would suggest turning the heater off in the summer, or at least turning it down to 80° Florida sun will warm it plenty in the summer.

Stayed Apr 10, 2024House was great for our family of 4. Enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood, short walk to beach, and heated salt water pool in backyard! Host was very responsive when we had questioms. Would definitely stay here again.
