Great house in a great location. Well appointed (even found a sewing kit!). Airco on top floor for the hotter days and fans in the bedrooms below which worked well for us. Super clean, nice stock of games and books. Litmus test is always whether you would book again and I definitely would. Thanks Francelle!

Great location, within walking distance to local restaurants and other amenities. Spacious house with well equipped kitchen. We had a very relaxing time and enjoyed the deck and pool areas.The host, Francelle, was very easy to communicate with and responsive to any queries we had.Would definitely stay again.

Right near the river. Well equipped kitchen and lovely entertaining / dining areas. Plenty of tvs and games for guests. A plethora of dining options with walking distance and a short drive, flat bike ride, walk or bus into Hastings Street. A garage for one smaller sized car is handy, additional parking on the street too. Lots of outdoor equipment such as beach chairs, toys and fishing rods for those that need. Easy to communicate with the host and she even helped us out when we locked the doors, but forgot the keys!

Was great from start to finish. Great location, quiet and a fantastic holiday property with everything you need. I would not hesitate to book again if coming with family or friends.

Property fantastic location close to everything walking distance to numerous coffee shops and cafes. Catch ferry half a block away. Great decor and kitchen well supplied. Only negative was it was colder than usual and lower bedrooms a bit cold this would not normally be an issue with Noosa weather. Hosts friendly and willing to assist

It was great to stay in Noosaville instead of central Noosa and still be so close to everything! Property was immaculate and the hosts so accommodating when we asked for extra fans and towels Definitely worth staying!

Close to everything in Noosa. Lots of room. Great seating areas inside and outside and great hosts in Francelle and Grant. We had a great visit. Wish we hadstayed longer.

Just a few nights in Noosaville and no where near long enough. Beautiful villa, well appointed with all we needed and access to more, including fishing gear and beach chairs. Plenty of room for us all and so beautifully decorated. Very attentive hosts, Hopefully we will be back soon.

Riverside on Howard is a beautiful property in an excellent location. The property is spacious with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. So close to fabulous restaurants and the beautiful riverfront for walks. The plunge pool is an added bonus for cooling down and relaxing! Very much enjoyed our stay!

We loved our time in Francelle’s beautiful house in Noosaville. Would highly recommend!

A few work friends were in Noosa for a wedding As soon as we walked in we were amazed of how beautiful this place was. There was lots we wanted to do but we mostly ended up relaxing in this beautiful Villa

My family and I had an amazing holiday in Noosaville. Riverstone on Howard is a beautiful home with everything that you could possibly need and more. The location was perfect for strolls along the river and close to many fantastic restaurants. I had accidentally left my jacket in the wardrobe and Francelle kindly offered to post it back to me. Francelle deserves a 10/10 for her hospitality and beautiful accommodation. We are already planning our next stay.

Riverstone is so close to restaurants, waterfront cafes, the ferry & water sports on the Noosa River. Riverstone has a really comfortable feel & relaxing surrounds. We felt part of the community. Owners were very accommodating.

Had a very pleasant stay Our landlords were extremely helpful The position is very handy and hiring bikes was a good idea and we were given a secure storage for them All in all terrific!

Beautiful clean house, right by the river with so many restaurants and cafes in walking distance. It was wonderful exploring this area of QLD

Riverstone on Howard was well located near the Noosa river and Noosaville shopping strip. The house was very spacious and comfortable for our family during our visit.
