This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce.     Very cute rooms and nice living area. We enjoyed being close to so many breweries, the Biltmore, and downtown. Our dogs were not used to the small fenced side yard so we did have to take them to the park (they're spoiled I know) but luckily there’s a park that’s less than a minute drive. They also had a lot of items in the kitchen to cook with and lots of books to read if you want a nice night in. I wish we got to enjoy the porch while we were there but it was snowing. Overall great amenities!

    The space worked well for 4 friends getting together for a long weekend spent mostly downtown - easy driving to everything we needed, a nice outdoor deck, good-sized bedrooms.

    We had an awesome stay between Christmas and New Year’s in 2024. Everything was just as advertised . Pet friendly. Very convenient to bar restaurants in town, less than 10 minutes. 15 minutes to Biltmore.

    We visited Asheville for Thanksgiving with our family. Our daughter moved to Asheville two years ago. This place was perfect for our family with plenty of space to relax and hangout. The owners went above and beyond to provide everything we needed. They even left a turkey pan and baster for Thanksgiving. I would highly recommend a stay here!

    Our family found the Riverside Trade Retreat a great stay in Asheville, NC. The home was clean and super functional with a great kitchen space. The home's location was a short drive away from downtown Asheville, Biltmore, and Ledges riverfront park.

    We stayed for about 2 weeks at this property with our 2 dogs and some family & friends and absolutely had a blast. The space was nicely decorated, very clean and well stocked. I wish there had been fans in every bedroom, and that there was more storage for clothes during the stay…storage was definitely a challenge for our 2 week stay. The location is perfect, it’s close enough to downtown to get there quickly and have fun but far enough away that we really got to enjoy the beautiful and peaceful side of Asheville. FYI to future dog owners…the house was definitely dog friendly and we appreciated the small grass area in the front, but there are no sidewalks and the property is on a busier street. There’s plenty of parks around that are very close though so we made it work.

    Came to Asheville to visit the Biltmore and came across Riverside Trade Retreat. It was the perfect location to move about Asheville and the accommodations were amazing. From the claw foot tubs to the toiletries to the bedding, everything was comfy and high end. Would highly recommend!
