Riverside House w/ Yard ~ 1 Mi to Downtown!

The outside doesn't do it justice until you are inside the home. It's beautiful inside.

We had such a nice stay. The house was cozy and nice and cool even when it was super hot outside. We felt safe and we had everything we needed. There was plenty of room for a comfortable night’s sleep. The furnishings were well thought out and created space for everyone to work or relax. We will be back!

My stay at this beautifully upgraded older home was great. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the seamless blend of vintage charm and modern amenities. The home retains its classic architectural features, which give it a unique character, while the thoughtful upgrades ensure comfort and convenience. The living spaces are spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable furnishings and tasteful decor that honor the home's history. The kitchen is fully updated with high-end appliances and all the essentials needed for cooking and entertaining. Each bedroom was cozy and inviting. One of the highlights of my stay was the outdoor area. The well-maintained garden and patio space offered a peaceful setting to enjoy my morning coffee or unwind in the evening. The location was perfect, situated in a quiet neighborhood yet close to local attractions, shops, and restaurants. The hosts were exceptionally responsive and made sure that everything was perfect for my stay. Their attention to detail and commitment to hospitality truly set this rental apart. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a charming, comfortable, and well-equipped place to stay. I look forward to returning in the future!

House was very comfortable. We enjoyed it very much, peaceful n quiet neighborhood.

This house was perfect for a multi-aged group of family to attend a college graduation at CBU. We love the ample seating and patio. The house was clean, the beds were comfy and we enjoyed our stay.

Our family (two adults, 4 kids) really enjoyed staying here! It was spacious enough for all of us, we liked having the fenced-in backyard, and it was a convenient location for visiting our friends in Riverside. The house was a beautiful old construction, but wonderfully updated and very clean. The property manager communicated promptly when we had questions. We would definitely stay here again!

This property has become our go-to whenever we stay in Riverside. Finding a place that allows children and pets at a reasonable price is difficult, much less in the heart of downtown, so this property really is a gem. Very clean and well-maintained, as well.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, the accommodations met our needs, and each of us said we would stay here again, if we ever visit the area. Getting to the upstairs bedroom has steep stairs and no bathroom, so that is something to take into account. There was no manual for the home, so we had to contact the property manager a couple of times to know how to operate the heater and television properly. She was quick to help us though. We had a wonderful weekend girls trip and slept peacefully after lots of sightseeing and shopping.

We loved our stay at this home. It's a beautifully decorated older home in the Historical part of downtown Riverside. Quiet neighborhood, very peaceful. The home is laid out great for multiple guests. Bedrooms are a distance apart from each other. The 3 beds upstairs do require walking up a steep 14 step staircase, so be aware of that. Not good for small children or elderly adults. There are some creaks in some doors and some areas of the floors, but they didn't bother us at all. The house had all the amenities that we would need. A+++++

This home is in what looks to be a historic neighborhood. It was remodeled well and was clean. The pictures didn’t do it justice. If you have small children though the stairs are very steep. I didn’t realize in the pictures there were such steep stairs. If I had seen them, I would’ve stayed in a more child friendly home.
