Riverside, California
Sitting at the base of Mt. Rubidoux and only a short walk from bustling Downtown Riverside, this house is a hiker's heaven! This gorgeous 2,000-sq-ft Queen Anne/Classical Revival home is an official historical landmark built by one of the county's founders, Martin Hoover, in 1908. Just 1/2 mile to the Mission Inn and nearby Riverside Convention Center, Riverside Fox Theater, The Cheech, Riverside Municipal Auditorium, Food Lab, Game Lab, and more! It may be more than a century old, but it has modern amenities, such as central AC/heating, wi-fi, TV with a Roku stick, even an exercise bike! It's great for families, with two enclosed yards for playtime. There's plenty to do and see within walking distance or a short drive to all the action!
Amazing house, plan to stay here again very roomy communication with owners fast and good. But cleaning needs to improve. Fridge and restroom specially.
Overall great experience, If you check the pictures you will see that there are only 2 beds and 2 bunk beds, the rest are futons, which some people didn't like. We knew that coming in so brought up a blow up mattress just in case. Overall a great stay. The downstairs bathtub is not that easy to shower in and doesn't get enough hot water for a long soak in the bathtub, which would be the only downside of the property.
Not very clean. The coffee pot at mold in the filter and the dishwasher had old water with food debris. The back gate is broken so it was a hassle getting in and out of the property. Other than that the house was ok.
It was great but need more cleaning bathroom toilet we're gross
This was a great property for our Business Associates needs.
