Great location and lots of space for a family vacation.

The communication with Loon Res was excellent. Very kind and helpful answering all my questions quickly. The kitchen of our condo was well stocked but bottom tray of dishwashing was missing a wheel foot. It was hard to use. We were very pleased with our accommodations but full dumpster in front of stairs was unattractive!

We didn't really know which pool went with our condo and had to go scouting to find the river. There was no location maps for the grounds to help us navigate. The rental was okay and took care of our needs. The kitchen is overstocked with supplies, there is not enough room with more glasses and cookware then we could ever use. It also needs a deep clean. The deck is hazardous with peeling paint and exposed nails. It needs maintenance. The outdoor space of the deck was a big draw for us, but it was not very comfortable or inviting. The condo was quiet and safe and otherwise comfortable. Check out at 10am is very early and we would have loved an hour or two more.

We had difficulty finding the unit ( paperwork said U114) but that’s not listed on the building. We called the number after hours, and she contacted the owner, who called us back immediately and helped us find the right unit. Courteous, polite, helpful. Plenty of space to spread out and relax. Well stocked kitchen. Kids love the choice of movies downstairs. Would definitely stay there again. Highly recommended!!!!!!

It was clean and well appointed. There was plenty of room for the extended family.It was a little bit of a challenge to find the pool and the swimming hole. I would suggest that there be detailed instructions on how to find them. Once found, the swimming hole was a highlight for my grandchildren. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was in a convenient location for our activities and was in clean condition. We would definitely consider it again on our future visits there.

We stayed w our adult kids and had an amazing time. Great location to the mtn. Condo was immaculate which is so important to us. Had everything we needed except a hair dryer. We will be back.

Great property !!! Enough space for 5 adults and 3 kids. Parking is in front of the property. Supermarket is 3 minutes away. Linda and Susan helped me with all my questions. Totally recommended!!! Perfect place to stay if you are planning to go to Loon mountain.

Units were clean and just what we expected Would definitely recommend them for a white mountain stay.

This place is roomy and full of bedrooms and bathrooms, which was great, however it was rather dirty and in need of a good, deep clean. (Aside from needing an overall clean, the downstairs bathroom hadn't been recently cleaned before we arrived.) The deck looked like it hadn't been cleaned all season. Furniture was in disarray and I had to wipe everything down and scrape a layer of dirt off the table. Easy checkout. Loved the location and it's not a bad place if it gets cleaned.

The weather was not on side so we dis not get to utilize all the amenities. However, there was so much room and we cooked inside all day. Definitely an amazing experience and we all want to look into staying again during the winter for some ski action. We just wish we could have checked out a little later around 11 so we could have had breakfast there.

Great townhouse! The layout worked perfectly for our group of two families. Great hangout area for the kids downstairs. Awesome location.

The property is clean and nice, and a lot of spaces, and the location is great. 6 of us stayed 3 nights and love this place.
