Stayed Jul 31, 2025Such a perfect house for a family. Adults stayed in the two bedrooms upstairs and kids stayed on the pullout sofa and bedroom downstairs, everyone had more than enough room. We do an annual trip to northern idaho to meet family that live there, this house met and exceeded all expectations! We had issues getting the front door to open upon arrival and we had it solved in less than 5 minutes because the host was able to help! Clean home, beautiful views. Perfect spot on the river. We used the boat lift, easy to use and kept the boat out of the water when water was rough. Two laundry rooms came in handy for keeping beach towels clean and dry! Overall, it’s been one of our favorite properties we have stayed at on the water in Post Falls/Couer d Alene!

Stayed Jul 3, 2025The property is amazing. Right on the river, had fun toys to use (kayaks, paddle boards, tubes). Very comfortable beds, plenty of couches for additional guests. Very responsive host. Very perfect experience overall. Kitchens were equipped with plenty of extra cups, cookware, and other good to have items. Lovely outdoor patio with plenty of seats.
