Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Our stay was extremely enjoyable from start to finish. The decor was beautiful from the well-equipped kitchen to the modern touches throughout the entire unit. Everything was pristine and it was a true joy to use the kitchen with all new appliances and a huge granite countertop to prepare anything we could want during our stay. The views from the kitchen/living room were stunning as well. It was quite nice to look out onto the water and witness the wildlife right before our eyes. Dolphins are common is this area and could make an appearance at any moment :) We happened to stay during a beautiful time where the weather was perfect to sit at the table outside. It was big enough to seat 4 comfortably, but even better for us since we were only 2. The living room is also quite cozy with a nice sofa and swivel chair to relax and enjoy a game or movie on the tv. An added bonus was the modern wall fireplace that we used for ambiance. It also has a heating option to turn on if needed, however, the weather was perfect and it was nice to be able to use it without heat. The bar with the stools is a great place to enjoy as well. The stools are quite beautiful and super comfortable, which provided another wonderful option to sit and enjoy a cocktail or a meal. Another great asset was having both bedrooms upstairs with plenty of room. The master has a comfortable king size bed with a view of the river. The balcony was a joy to sit out in the morning to catch more wildlife views and enjoy a cup of coffee. There is a huge washer/dryer on the second floor as well, which was an added bonus! This unit would be perfect for a party of 4 with 2 bathrooms upstairs. The master has a large shower and double sinks, which we quite appreciated. The second bath we did not use, however, it was nice with a tub/shower and single sink. To top it all off, there was a convenient half bath downstairs that kept us from having to go upstairs for a restroom break. Overall, this place was perfect for our stay in the area. We would certainly book again the next time we visit. The views paired with the feeling of a home away from home was absolutely perfect!
