Stayed Nov 6, 2025It’s the best house rental in the Sebastian area. Great fishing from the dock. Easy access to the flats of the IRL and there are tarpon and snook up both prongs of the San Sebastián River.And 5 minutes to all of the restaurants and shopping spots in Sebastian.

Stayed Aug 6, 2025This property exceeds expectations. The owner and property manager are friendly and responsive. The property is quiet and peaceful with plenty of room to park, relax, and enjoy. It has multiple docks, one of which is newly renovated with seating and overhead coverage. For boaters and fishermen, the location is close to the inlet and a perfect place to stay.

Stayed Jun 23, 2025This property is beautiful and in an excellent location. The view was amazing, the fishing was great! We caught, red fish, shark, sting ray, snook, and almost a tarpon off the dock! The space was more than enough for our family. The host was phenomenal and went above and beyond for us to have a wonderful stay with our family! We will definitely be back, actually will probably book again for next year!

Stayed Nov 10, 2024We’ve stayed at the Reel House numerous times and it’s always great. Each time we visit the owner has made more upgrades. If you fish, the dock is great for your boat or for just casting into the river. We’ve caught tarpon, snook and big jacks right of the dock. It’s a fun place to stay. We even enjoy the trains traveling by.

Stayed Jun 25, 2024The house was beautiful on the inside. The view of the Indian River was spectacular and loved fishing of the docks on the property. The kitchen was beautiful and I had everything I needed. We like to pack light and the laundry room was equipped with great washer/dryer. We also really enjoyed the home theater. Only two observations that would have been nice was bedrooms didn’t get as cool as rest of house so it took a couple nights to adjust to higher temp than used to and would have been nice to have had the large back yard mowed for easier access to river and docks. Overall I would recommend this property with a four and a half out of five stars.
