Riverfront Mountain View I Sleeps 24 I Hot Tub

Amazing place. So grateful to find this house.

This house was a perfect fit for our large family gathering. I'm always looking for a home that will accommodate our large group of adults with an adequate number of bedrooms and full beds, not just bunk beds, and this home delivers. The beds were comfy and having AC (not always a given in Sunriver) was a bonus. The kitchen was well equipped and the view amazing. Our favorite spot was the deck on the river. We spent most of our time there enjoying the sun, playing games and gazing at the view. Several in our party enjoyed floating on the river by putting in at a spot up the road and floating down to the house. We hoped there was a better spot to access and enjoy the river from the property, but this wasn't the case. If you are considering this house, I can highly recommend but be aware they are on a septic system and water conservation is an absolute must.

Once a year out entire family of children and grandchildren try to have a vacation under one roof. This house exceeded all expectations. There were enough beds for everyone, a well stocked kitchen, a large yard for the kids to run on, and a beautiful view to boot. We kayaked two days in a row right off the deck, paddled boarded, swam, played games, and plan on coming back next year rather than trying to find a better place.

Our family absolutely loved this house. Extraordinary views. A ten minute drive to put in our raft and kayaks which led to numerous beautiful floats right to the house! Fishing from the deck on the river! The house was clean, roomy, and thoughtfully stocked. Easy check in and great communication with Emily. We look forward to spending a future family reunion here again!

We ADORED this home. We used all seven rooms and still had plenty of extra space to have other family staying in separate rentals visit for breakfast and dinner. The view of the mountain was divine, and it helped us decide whether we would ski on any given day! The fact that we could drive five minutes upriver and float for nearly two hours before washing up on shore was the icing on the cake. We saw woodpeckers, elk, and lots of ducks. Everyone was in love! Kitchen was well-stocked. Hot tub was great. Couldn't ask for more!

The house and bunk house were very well kept and clean. The kitchen was well stocked for preparing meals for the number of folks the property can hold. The view off the deck and from the hot tub were exquisite.

Best view on the Deschutes, looks just like the photos! We all loved our stay!! The Fold & Sunriver Brewing in the Village are great. Did our shopping in Bend at Costco, Trader Joes, Albertson's & a liquor store as stores only sell beer and wine. The Country Store in Sunriver, good for quick food trip but don't buy all your food there. It was difficult to store food for 16 people, no pantry, only 2 lower cabinets. A shelving unit on empty wall in the kitchen would be a nice addition so food could be easily seen and eaten. Bathrooms or bedrooms need hooks for all the bath towels 16 people use. Upstairs is really nice and downstairs is a basement. Outside area needed cleaning everywhere and should have been cleaned, mowed before our arrival. Rented float tubes for 2 days from Sunriver Toyhouse, easy, friendly & gave discount for 16 people. Did a tied up float, 5 min drive to The Big River Campground river entrance. Almost a 90 minute float right up to our dock! All loved how relaxing & quiet it was!! Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep and plenty of room for family dinners both inside and on the balcony. Mosquitos come out at sunset! Need bug spray! Took floats to do the Bend float, very fun & longer. Families loved the SHARC waterpark! House is very nice, as pictures show, but needs deep cleaning, carpets need cleaning, closets & kitchen need organizing, just helpful hints. Overall great home & location!! The property is wonderful. Never got tired of the 360 view.

We held a family reunion here for 15 people. We took full advantage of the river and rafted almost every day, but were still close enough to Sunriver Village and Bend to make several outings. This home is incredibly well equipped for cooking and family game nights. It was comfortable and the caretaker was available to help us with any questions that came up. We would definitely stay here again!

We had extended family staying in the home and had an absolute blast. The place was perfect. We are definitely wanting to rent it again. The view was breathtaking, the lay out worked great for our group. Having the dock access to the river right there was so convenient- easy to float from Big River to the home, or from the home to Harper Bridge, as a couple of options. Close enough to Bend and Sunriver for the young adults to go have fun and much more relaxed than being in town. Nice to just hang out in a beautiful place!

We had a marvelous time at Mt, View Retreat. The location on the river and the incredible views of the river and Mt. Bachelor fed our spirits daily! Highlights..... Grandchildren fished daily from the dock, morning coffee on the river deck a great way to ease into the day, daily visits of a young buck and doe on the property, outdoor games of badminton, corn hole, ping pong, daily floats on the river, hot tubbing under the night skies. Thank you for providing a place for our extended family to create so many memories!
