The Hideaway is 1 of 4 beautifully updated homes, nestled on a 1.7 acre poropety on the Sebastian River. The accommodation is a completely private residences on a 4 unit resort style property. The acreage has 3 semi private boat docks, (great for mooring boats and fishing) mature oaks, shady relaxation, and stunning river views.

This home is 678 sq' recently remolded (Duplex style home, named - The Hideaway), it contains 2 bedrooms / 1 bath. The Hideaway is completely private withall needed amenities. The yards and docks are share spaces with other guests.

The Master Suit - Queen sized bed, newly renovated shower.

Bedroom 2 - Twin Daybed with Twin Trundle. The only restroom to accesses is in the master bedroom. Please note that the Laundry room is accessed through Bedroom 2.

The property is located immediately adjacent to the Florida East Coast Railway. There is potential for noise all hours of the day and night. The average number of trains per day can vary greatly based on needs, however, we can speculate that 4-6 trains per 24 hours is about the average. Most trains pass in approximately 1-3 minutes. We have found that most guests find this to be little to no bother and many even enjoy the trains.

Guests agree to the following prior to booking:
-Cars must be in driveway and cannot be parked in yard/street or at neighbors.
-Pets are not allowed on furniture and droppings must be cleaned from the yard.
-Non-disclosed pets will be considered a major house rule violation and may result in dismissal from the property.
-Smoking/Vaping is Only Allowed Outside and must be thrown away in the outdoor garbage cans.
-This is a quiet family neighborhood - no loud music/parties/large gatherings.
-Linen must be used on the living room couch if used for sleeping.
-Guests are expected to clean up spills and keep rooms tidy. Floors should be mopped and swept if needed due to spills, foot tracks, or pets.
-Any and all damage needs to be reported immediately.
-Guests are not permitted to exceed listed occupancy in accordance with local laws.
-Guests will be asked to leave the residence for significant violations (in accordance with house, local, and state laws) and do so with the understanding they will not be refunded their deposit or any remaining nights on their reservation.

    Beautiful property well manicured wonderful sun rise views beautiful yard awesome dock wildlife galore clean home with lots of supplies like linens & towels, stocked kitchen with spices washer dryer all new appliances felt like home awesome spot and host uber responsive we will be back

    The home was absolutely adorable, well stocked, and very clean. Friends rented the neighboring homes on the property making for very a fun vacation where everyone had there own private space (way better than renting one big house). The yard was huge, fenced, and beautifully landscaped. The docs were nice and very convenient for boat parking. Also the driveway was huge and there was plenty of room to park the trailers and other cars, which was EXTREMELY convenient. Property manager was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely be booking here again!!

    We had a wonderful time at the Hideaway. The property was clean, well maintained and just as described. Craig, the property manager was helpful and I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone. In fact, we hope to stay here again!
