Riverfront, Loon Mountain South Peak

The unit was very clean and the location was easily accessible. Communication with the owners was very good, answering all my questions. The unit is a bit dated and every bed frame should be replaced, you couldn’t move without the whole frame squeaking. Being from Florida I never would have imagined a rental that has no form of air conditioning. This would have been a deal killer for me had I paid closer attention to the description before renting. Although my stay was in October, temps were in the 80’s during the day and no amount of open windows cooled the space. Oscillating fans are onsite, but window units could go a long way in making this unit more comfortable.

Loved this property! Only challenge was having no air conditioning. Fans did not help.

It was in an area set back to it offered privacy while being right on the river. Hiking trails were close by and no hassle parking. It was really nice.

Very comfortable and clean. Close to everything and short ride on the #1 shuttle to the Scottish games at Loon.

We’ve stayed in the past and will come back! Easy check-in and good communication from our hosts. Space is clean and comfortable with perfect location to town, mountains and river in the backyard!

Couldn’t have been more pleased with this condo. Great location, clean and plenty of room for us. Our 32nd year of a guys ski trip and the owners were so welcoming. The communication with them was fantastic. Looking forward to coming back next year!!

We had a great time visiting. The condo was very well setup and stocked with everything you will need. The new gas fireplace was a nice extra touch. Centrally located to all attractions and down the street from Loon.

Very nice condo, clean, great location, great views. It was close to everything in Lincoln, but quiet enough to hear the stream outside the back of the condo. Would stay here again if ever in the area.

This was a very nice property. Very clean. Good layout. A 1/2 bath on main level would make it great. It was very quiet which we appreciated. The owner was very responsive.

My family of 5, 2 adults and 3 teenagers, stayed for 2 nights. The condo is nice and clean but no air conditioning. The condo is 3 floors with bedrooms on floors 1 and 3. There is no bathroom on the main floor. Overall the place is nice, clean and spacious. But no air conditioning was rough. The bedrooms were hot even with fans and open windows.
