Stayed Aug 4, 2024I can wrap this place up in one word, stunning! Not only is the house an amazing place to stay the host is just as amazing. There are plenty of amenities to keep yourself occupied. The views are complete serenity. Ample parking even for a working crew with large box trucks. I would stay again in a heartbeat. Would love to return for a personal vacation to this property! Stayed Jun 14, 2024It’s in a great location, be prepared for the mosquitoes but other than that the house was beautiful the pool/jacuzzi was clean upon arrival. Check process was easy. I will come back in the future! Marianna was very nice and accommodating to request. Very much appreciated.

Stayed Nov 3, 2022My absolute favorite part of this home is the view! It was unmatched! The homeowner was super friendly and nice! She was ALWAYS available when I called! Checkin was super easy and she didn’t have a ton of rules like some owners! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! It was myself and 6 other ladies and we had plenty of sleeping room…The only part that concerned me was the roaches in the garbage cans would sometimes make it to the deck and one creeped its way in the house…BUT that’s just me being honest because the house was clean I think it was just because it’s by woods and water that bugs are even an issue…RENT THE HOUSE! It’s worth every Penny!

Stayed May 8, 2022We loved our stay at the river. Super quite. Loved the pool and outdoor area. Perfect size for us 2. Views from living room/kitchen were amazing. Loved the hot tub. Easy communication with property management.

Stayed Jul 1, 2022This property was awesome. We take a 4th of July trip each year. This by far was the best house we’ve been to. Communication with Mariana was excellent, the home was very clean, pretty Much how it was described in listing, and the neighborhood is quiet and easy to get to. We took full advantage of the pool and outdoor kitchen space. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
