The cottage was very clean and accessible for our trip. The only down side is no blankets, lack of pots and pans, and we are older and would prefer cable TV. Our local cable does not have an app, we do not have purchased apps to log into. So the TV's were useless to us and made our evenings very quite and missed football games.

The place is awesome !! Very clean and up dated. Right beside the river which is very relaxing with all the geese. We hope to be able to book it again as our go to place to stay.

We had a great time staying here!! The grill is amazing! The decor was nice! I do not always understand the really bad reviews. There are some things inside the home they do not have; however, recently in the last few VRBO’s we have stayed in the amenities have been minimal. I really think this is because people steal them and ruin it for others. If there is something specific you really must have just reach out to them before you book it and ask. That may help with any must haves.

The place was clean and very convenient to the Le Conte center. The amenities were lacking a bit. Like only one toilet paper roll per bathroom and we had to buy extras. No salt and pepper. No laundry detergent. Overall it was good because of the location but I would say it was just fine.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location is wonderful. We love the walking trail along the river. Home is very spacious and decorated so nicely! The cottage is very clean on the surface, but it could use a deep cleaning along the baseboards and exhaust fan in shower. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

By far this is the best place we have stayed in Pigeon Forge. If you love the Old Mill District, then this is the place to stay! Wonderful location! We walked to the Pottery House and the Old Mill to eat. The creek was so nice and peaceful. We would sit by the fire and roast marshmallows with our family at night. Wonderful memories were made. The house was so clean and so wonderfully decorated. We just loved it so much!

This is not the first time we have stayed in this beautiful home and it will not be our last. We love this house. The location is ideal because you are able to walk to several places to eat and shop nearby. The coffee house is walking distance as well. The house is well stocked with basics but if you are cold natured you may want to bring a blanket from home. You cannot go wrong with this home! We look forward to our next trip and will definitely stay here again!!!!

My husband, Terry and I have enjoyed our time at the “Old Mill Cottage” two times and both times we have enjoyed the amenities greatly! The home is always presented nice, clean and in a great location. Our stays have been in January and in February. It has been warm and cozy! Thank you so much for providing a wonderful place to visit! Daisy and Terry

The cottage is very clean, updated, and in a nice location. The cottage does have limited pots and pans for cooking, and make sure you take blankets there are none in the unit. Your check-in checklist will advise you what to bring, we only took one blanket and wished we would have taken additional ones. Also, if you are older and not tech-savvy the app TV's with no cable will not be your friend. We would stay here again just for the cleanliness of the unit.

Loved the location. House was super clean and maintained. Only minor request would be to have extra blankets. My parents stayed with us and the walk in showers and lack of steps was a huge bonus. Very nice property, highly recommend.

We had a fabulous time at this little cottage. It is beautiful with a great layout. We were fortunate to meet the owners one evening. They were very nice and seemed like our kind of people. We loved the fireplace and it was easy to ignore the go carts across the river while roasting marshmallows. I would recommend leaving cleaning tools, broom/dustpan, toilet brushes and a plunger (just in case) inside the rental and also extra blankets for the bedrooms and throw blankets for the living room. We will definitely book again if available.

Visited here for fiftieth anniversary and we loved walking into one of the most comfortable and immaculate places we have stayed. We love eating at The Old Mill which was a two minute walk. The back deck gets race track noise in the day, but mornings out there were wonderful for drinking coffee. Two mornings an eagle perched in the tree by the river right in front of us. Can’t wait to come back.

The Mill Stream Cottage exceeded our expectations. It is well kept and very spacious. It is also located within walking distance or a short drive from so many activities. We were right in the middle of everything yet it was still quiet. I would highly recommend this property and if we return to Pigeon Forge we would definitely stay here again.

This cottage was not what we expected. It was more than we expected. Great location in a quiet neighborhood with a stream located off the back of the property. Great deck and fire pit that because of the rain we didn’t get a chance to use. Close to the Mill shopping area. Lots of room for a two bedroom cottage. We would definitely recommend and would stay here again if available.

This house is absolutely perfect! It is exceptionally clean and convenient to restaurants, activities and nature. It is nestled in a cute neighborhood where you can enjoy the creek sounds while sitting on the back porch. The furniture is comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for our one week stay. We will definitely come back to this house next time we need a place in this area. We were sad to leave this hidden jewel!
