Riverfront and 1-1/2 Blk to Beach Access, Amazing Water Views, Pet Friendly

Beautiful scenery. Nice, clean house.

Right on the river, so bring your fishing pole, walkable distance to ocean beach even for little children so this was a perfect place for my family. Not many food places but the ones that are around are in walking distance. Overall I couldn't expect a more perfect stay. Thank you soooooo much!

This home was absolutely amazing! It had lovely river views (lots of birds), very serene. The outdoor spaces were very nice and accommodated our group of seven. The fire pit was great. The house had every amenity we needed and more (extra blankets and towels, plenty of dishes and things to cook meals with). The location was perfect. Easy access to the river, close to the beautiful beaches and many great restaurants and a store were nearby (walking distance to all mentioned). We especially enjoyed the restaurants of Beach Wok and Los Caporales. The host was very thorough in communications. We would highly recommend this home.

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa del Rio. Cleanliness & amenities, especially in the kitchen exceeded our expectations. We did fix the loose stair rails, shower knob, and the toilet seat in the lower bathroom. The towel racks are loose. Needed a smaller screwdriver to fix them. The deck railing needs to be replaced. It's dangerous. The bags of bottles and cans in the garage are not ours. They were there when a arrived. Towels are washed and in the dryer. We loved that we could walk to restaurants, stores, and the beach. And it was convenient to drive to Cannon Beach, Tillamook and to auntie's 90th birthday party on Surf Rd, Neskowin.

The home served our needs well and the river view was a so very interesting, water birds, eagle and seals swimming by.The toaster should be replaced but otherwise the kitchen was well equipped. Nice place!

Great location right by the river. Kitchen was nice, plenty of kitchen supplies. Nice outdoor blankets, and BBQ. Wildlife great near river.

We had a great time here. Good space for everyone to spread out. We enjoyed being on the river and watching the wildlife from the balcony.

The location is super unique and we enjoyed it. The view of the river is beautiful and the beach is a close walk. The property has been upgraded but the new plumbing failed and there was a leak under the kitchen sink. Katie was quick to fix and it was just a blip in between our relaxing time there.Probably won't go back to this location again, but from an adventure standpoint I'm glad we stayed here.We were well taken care of.

We loved this little cabin-style house. Smart layout, a very well equipped kitchen, and just comfortable all around. A easy walk down the beach to The Pelican is a bonus.

Excellent house for a fishing and beach weekend with family. Awesome views out the windows, short walk to beach and restaurants. We enjoyed wildlife viewing out the windows, movies on the Roku, a bonfire on the last night. Only beware is main living, kitchen, beds and bathroom are upstairs. And it's too bad there's not a dock.

This house was perfect to spend the weekend celebrating my daughter’s birthday with her friends. There was enough room to spread out, and the house seems like it’s had some recent updates here and there (particularly appreciated the brand new nonstick pans and knives). Wish the weather would’ve cooperated so we could use the outdoor areas more. It’s an older home but clean and comfortable.

We would definitely stay here again! The amenities were really great, unfortunately the weather didn't allow for enjoying all of the outside space! Very clean, and the location on the river was very enjoyable! Easy walking to coffee and food, and of course the beach!!!

Loved the location; house was good for our 3 families. Lots of bird activity from window views - which was so nice. Super quiet. Outside yard was perfect for kids to play. Not a place to launch your kayak or paddleboard. We are big cooks - knives were not good, pans were terrible - kitchen cooking items - poor. House stocked very well - towels, paper products, soaps, etc. Biggest complaint was the refrig….door did not shut tight…lots of condensation. House was good and we would rebook in future with a conversation with mgr about mentioned items above before we would commit.

We had a wonderful time. We enjoyed BBQing and being by the water. We planned a fire, but the wind came up. Oh well, we still had a great time. The stairs that go up to the main living area are a little steep.

Took my family of 5 and our furbabies and everyone enjoyed it. Everything was neat and functional. The kids loved doing the puzzles and bird watching and lounging on the hammock on the upper deck. We enjoyed the riverfront views so much and the short walk to the beach, the country stores and mini city (as what my kids called). I wished we had a chance to use the firepit, but it was windy all evenings of our stay. We also explored other places which was a short drive away like Cape Kiwanda village, McPhillips beach which has allows suv/trucks to access the sandy beach and our dogs loves it there! We also went to Devil’s Lake, Newport marina, Yaquina lighthouse, McMinnville Wings & Waves Waterpark, Tillamook Creamery and played on the sand dunes with rental ATVs. Will definitely come back and recommend to our friends and families.

Awesome location and nice house overall. The TV in living room didn’t work Properly. Prior renters and I’m assuming didn’t report it. The refrigerator in the kitchen did not seal properly. We need to use duct tape to keep it closed.. Burner on the stove would not work properly or turn on and turn off at random. No key to the back door was very. Taxes and fees were at least a quarter of the total rental price. Love your service, but your taxes and fees are out of control. Thanks.

Great location, beautiful view, deck was over the top, and it was a big house. Really enjoyed our stay here, had a great time and the kitchen was fully stocked. Was able to make a huge breakfast and dinner multi nights with no problems. The windows in the main room were great. Brought in a natural heat when the sun set on them but open a window and you have an amazing breeze through the house. Down stairs stayed cool which was nice. Really enjoyed this place!
