Our family loved this place! Beautiful views and close to town.We had an early morning visit from a mother deer with babies, lots of hummingbirds and many other types of birds if you are into bird watching. Plenty of wood provided for the fire pit. We were able to get a fishing license online and fish the river in the back yard while cooking out on the back deck.The home was very clean with comfortable beds and other thoughtful accommodations. Plenty of fans.We saw a show at Creede Repertory Theater and it’s definitely worth going!Overall would definitely book this one again.

This is a lovely home & located very close to the Rio Grande - steps away. We watched deer & geese while sitting out there in the evenings. It is beautifully decorated & you will want for nothing - it is very well appointed. Each of the two bedrooms/bathrooms are located on opposite ends of the house so the layout is perfect for two couples. It is located a ways from the town of Creede so be prepared to shop for food or drive into town for dinner. You also need to open 2 ranch gates to enter the property. It’s not a problem but it was a surprise for us. You are surrounded by mountains & beauty & no other people or guests. A real treasure!

Excellent rental, very private. There’s lots of room for the dogs to roam. The rental was clean and cozy. We had fires on the riverside pit every night

We loved this property! It was a relaxing stay, with nature all around. We watched birds, deer, ducks, geese (including adorable goslings), and the river. Would definitely come back!

The property was clean, well stocked and comfortable. The kitchen has plenty of cookware, etc for meal preparation. Amanda & Heidi were quick to respond to questions and were always helpful. We definitely recommend Freemon's Ranch for a great hamburger!

The split bedroom floor plan provided privacy with separate bathrooms. We loved the open space living/dining/kitchen area. The views from the windows is amazing. This place had everything we needed plus more. I would highly recommend and looking forward to future stays.

They truly care about making your rental experience outstanding from the moment you book with them. We walked into the River Oasis and were astounded with how clean and well appointed the place was. By far, the cleanest place we've ever stayed in the Creede / South Fork area. They had SEVERAL extra blankets and pillows in the closets that were SO cozy! Having little things like salt and pepper, tupperware, baggies and doggie dishes and towels was wonderful too! This place truly had it all and the view each day was spectacular. Location was super convenient to everything as well. I'm scared to recommend this place too much because we love it and can't wait to return, but I definitely have to give credit where credit is due. You won't be disappointed booking River Oasis through VRC - both are exceptional!
