Clean and cozy, all the basics

Amazing place! No neighbors on the opposite side of the river. There are neighbors on each side. Close to everything. Drinks at Grand Lake Lodge are a must for a spectacular view. The East Inlet Trail to Adams Falls is also a must & an easy hike. Mid September was spectacular! We saw bears & Elk. We were worried about refrigerator space with 9 adults but there was a dorm frig. In the garage which was fantastic. Beds comfy. Primary bedroom is right off family room which was concerning but the house is really quiet. Kids (22-24) all said this was the absolute best vaca ever!The homeowners leave condiments & spices from previous guest which saved us a lot of money so thank you!Book it!! We will be back! TY!!

We had a great time at this property. The beds were incredibly comfortable which I feel is rare these days. The river in the backyard was amazing. We didn't see any animals but no one can control nature. We would stay again.

We rent a house every year for a couples vacation (7 people ) This was by far our top favorite! From the kitchen to the bathrooms everything was well stocked & more than we have ever seen! Beautiful home & very comfortable. Our favorite spot was the outdoor patio & right next to the river so we could watch our husbands fly fish all day Kathy our Host was TOP NOTCH & so responsive to all our requests. We all rated this home & location 5 Stars!!

Wonderful home with the Colorado River in the backyard. Very well built, plenty of space, and quiet area. Host was very responsive and rental/check-in process were smooth and straightforward.

This property is wonderful for a group of people. Kitchen was fully functional. Bathrooms were great. Beds were comfortable. Outside seating was wonderful with great views of river. Hummingbirds let you know they need the feeders put out! Overall a great place to stay with easy access to RMMP and the wonderful grand lake area.

Can't say enough positive things about our experience staying here! This is the 3rd year in a row, and we won't stay anywhere else. Secluded, clean, friendly...we love all parts of it. The house is awesome, the view is awesome, and the property manager is awesome....you'll love it.

We reserved the home for family to stay in for our wedding and it was wonderful! A very beautiful, clean home with beautiful views of the river. The owner was very easy to communicate and work with and both check in and check out processes were clearly explained and simple! Would definitely stay again! Beautiful property! We had plenty of space for a larger group. Being right on the river was so neat. We loved the kitchen setup and it provided all the appliances and supplies needed to cook meals. Quiet neighborhood. We walked through the neighborhood and enjoyed the scenery. Would stay again.

We had a group of 7 friends from different parts of the US in September. The house was excellent. Good kitchen for cooking and comfortable beds. Short drive to Grand Lake and RMNP. Having the Colorado River right out the back of the house was the best part. Beautiful sunsets, water sounds, and wildlife each day. We had happy hour on the water each night!

Kathy was a fabulous host.  Her communication was thorough, timely,  and kind.  This mountain home is absolutely breathtaking.   The location on the river is perfect for relaxing, fly fishing, and watching sunsets.  The home is filled with everything you need for a family.  The kitchen is very well stocked, and everything is labeled for ease of use. The beds are comfortable and everything was immaculately cleaned.  The large table is great for family meals and the large windows were great for looking at the amazing views!  Our family can't wait to return!  Thank you Kathy for such an amazing week in your lovely home.

This cabin was a great location! We were a group of 8 and the property was well equipped for that group size. We spent the majority of the time enjoying the back patio and hanging out by the river out back. We saw moose, elk, chipmunks, and deer from the patio. We loved the hummingbirds as well! Kathy was extremely helpful and had very prompt responses before, during, and after our stay. We highly recommend this property if you’re looking for a relaxing getaway in a quiet neighborhood.

Second time staying at this riverfront masterpiece with my family. Well appointed, clean, spacious, right on the river! My family loved the total relaxation near the river, with the BBQ, lots of seating, hammock, and fishable river! We saw a mama moose and her baby come visit the property twice during our stay. We gave them a wide berth and took lots of pics from the second floor balcony. The lakes (Granby, Shadowmountain, and Grand) are great for swimming, kayaking, fishing, etc., and Rocky Mountain National Park's western entrance is only minutes away. We plan to keep coming back to this gem!

Awesome house right on the Colorado River. Can’t beat sitting on the back patio listening to the river and seeing wildlife. Saw moose, elk, and deer while we stayed. Host is super responsive. Our stay couldn’t have been better. Hesitate recommending, as it’s a hidden gem!

We thoroughly enjoyed your home ... it was a beautiful place to celebrate our 57th Wedding Anniversary. Surprised that there wasn't a toaster. Looking forward to returning. !!

6 members of our familly stayed at this house for a short vacation in early June 2024. The house was very well supplied, even had paper towels, coffee, a large variety of spices and comfortable beds. It is close enough to the national park that it is very easy to make it long before the timed entry begins at 9am. The river is right behind the house just as shown in the promotional photos. This property is exactly as described. You won't be disappointed!
