Stayed Sep 25, 2025Wow this is a great property nicely decorated and could accommodate our large group. Communication with host was spectacular answered all our questions leading up to our stay. Beds were comfortable slept like a baby. Well appointed kitchen and appliances as well. Definitely looking to stay again on our next trip to Cape Vincent.

Stayed Aug 24, 2025Check in was easy. The host responded to us any time we needed anything. The house is located right on the river within an easy walk to the center of town. The house was clean and comfortable. We would stay again if we’re back that way.

Stayed Jul 14, 2025Wonderful property! Just what all 14 of us needed to relax and recharge. View of the water was amazing and we loved our nightly walks for ice cream and fishing! Would definitely recommend this property for large groups!

Stayed Jun 20, 2024The property was just like the pictures. There was enough beds which were very comfortable to sleep 24 people. Everyone loved the 6 bed bright bedroom facing the river view. Allision the property manager was awesome no matter what the question she would be friendly and got back to me quick. If I needed anything Allision would state I will bring it over or meet up with you. The decor was great for the period of the house. The cottage house was great for one whole family. We had family from Texas and they loved the green, the quaint town and river views. Check in and out was the best and what you needed to do to clear the house, easy. I would rent this place for our next family reunion.
