The home was comfortable and spacious. No complaints at all. Thanks for use of your home.

The layout of the house was great, with a good number of beds and very comfortable mattresses. We loved the outdoor fireplace, and the neighborhood was quiet.There were several housekeeping and maintenance issues on arrival, including overflowing trash, personal items left on the deck, and a long hair on the master bed. Some advertised features were not functional, and a few basic maintenance items needed attention.We also noticed a musty/mildew-type odor downstairs that became stronger after rain and when the heat was turned on. The host was responsive and professional in communication. Overall, the home has a lot of potential, but upkeep needs improvement.

Property was clean. Pool and hot tub were great. Host and manager were easy to reach and easy to work with.

The pictures are outdated and misleading. We chose to leave the property shortly upon arrival. There is an odor inside, so if you have sensitivities, you will want to pass on this one. Sewage overflowing on side yard. AC not working properly. To be fair, the host offered to fix the AC and have the septic pumped; however, we didn’t stick around to see it play out. No reimbursement. VRBO was no help as we couldn’t “prove” anything and didn’t give the host opportunity to “fix” it. The pool looked great at a glance, but we didn’t stay to use it.

The location is great for accessing area attractions but return to a quiet home. The pool was refreshing after a long day of sightseeing. The house is roomy and accomadated my large family of 9 with ease. The pictures on the listing must be old because the property could use an update. The furniture is old and uncomfortable. The overlook for the river in the back is treacherous and overgrown. It had an unpleasant sewer smell which I did report to the owner. The appliances are old the oven door is bent and doesn't close, the dishwasher isn't attached to anything and can tip.The owner was easy to reach as we reported the issues.We did enjoy our stay, just know it is an old house.

This property was lacking some maintenance and upkeep. There was food left on the grill, empty water bottles left outside under the covered porch, the grill cover was left on the ground. The sewer lift station was failing, sewage was running on the ground, there were tampons hanging from the cover of the sewer lift station. The sewer water would run on the ground after each toilet flush. I sent the host several messages, very late to respond. He stated that the plumber had been to the property, there was someone there during the time that the plumber would have been there and no one arrived during our stay, the sewer was still running over when my group checked out. I have photos of all the listed discrepancies.

Great house

This house had the best bed in the master that I have ever slept on. We did have a couple of problems. When we plugged in a hair dryer in the upstairs bath the breaker flipped and there was no access to the garage to fix it, so we showered in the dark all weekend. Also the top step to the pool was broken and one of the guest fell in instead of stepping in.

Perfect for what we needed. Celebrated my daughter’s 21st bday. Plenty of bedrooms and space for everyone. The pool was an added bonus. Check in was effortless. We had everything we needed.

The neighborhood was great! The size of the home was really good. Lots of space! The furniture was very old and uncomfortable. The beds were comfortable however. The kitchen was very old, the oven door wouldn’t close all the way. But, we made it work. It felt a bit like camping. (We love camping) We made s’mores outside in the fireplace. There were deer every afternoon, which was so cool!!!
