Enjoyed a long weekend with Family. The house was clean. The pool was refreshing. The only problem was water Pressure. We would stay there again.

Came with three families and kids for an annual trip. The area is great and super close to everything. The house was perfect for the amount of kids and adults, plenty of room to spread out and the pool was perfect entertainment for everyone is the evenings and early mornings as we would cook meals and prep for the river. There are a lot of party houses around so don’t expect quiet evenings outdoors. The house does not include some basic items such as any cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, dishwashing soap, towels or linens. They do tell you this in an email that is sent a week before your trip, but we missed all of this, our own fault, and were not prepared! The microwave did not work and the dishwasher only slightly cleans things so alot of the utensils and dishes were dirty, also assuming since there is no cleaning supplies, some people may only be rinsing with water and not actually cleaning anything. There is also no trash can lids so while they ask you to put away trash due to animals, the animals still come and we spent every morning cleaning up dirty trash and food scattered around the yard. Not a huge deal but not a very fun and relaxing way to vacation. The drains were also very slow to drain so short showers were necessary so you weren’t standing in dirty tub water.

Bedroom 2 tub/shower drain was extremely slow, bedroom 4 did not have a tv remote and the kitchen refrigerator handle was poorly repaired.

The kitchen is well supplied with pans, however they are mostly scratched non-stick type. Quiet and comfortable, highly recommended.
