Leading to your left is the door to the single car garage, small semi-fenced newly finished yard which offers a great gathering place around the wood burning fire pit overlooking the Red River. Also on this ground level access is the fully stocked laundry area complete with a full sized washer/dryer, ironing board and iron.
Continue up the stairs to the middle story and be welcomed into the newly updated open

Stayed Mar 14, 2021Wonderful location, walking distance from the Platinum Chair as well as the bunny hill. The condo was well laid out with the two bedrooms upstairs, each w/ their own bath and the 2nd floor being the kitchen/den area. Great place and will stay again!

Stayed Aug 3, 2022We loved staying here! Will absolutely rent this place again. Close to everything- town is within waking distance. Beautiful views! Enjoyed the river, the numerous balconies and the fire pit! Felt very private. Clean and well stocked! We will be back! Great place! (Only thing missing is a hot tub ?)

Stayed Jul 23, 2022Nice house. Exactly as shown. Lindsey was great and very quick to respond if I had a question. Very easy in and out. In Summer house got a little warm when closed up during the day but cooled off great with doors open. We really enjoyed the property.

Stayed Jul 29, 2022We loved this location. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and the beds were very comfortable! Favorite spot was the patio area by the river with a fire pit and grill. Thank you for a great stay.

Stayed Feb 25, 2022Lovely views of the river, comfortable beds, easy to walk to town or to the lifts but the free shuttle picks you up if you don't want to park at the busy river run ski parking lot on the weekends.

Stayed Jan 30, 2022I have a thing about a clean property. I have to pay a cleaning fee and I expect it to be clean when I rent it. Trash was in garbage disposal. Had to pull it out with hands. So much hair in tub it would not drain. People see this when they clean. Floor was not vacuumed well. Isn't fault of condo owner, just cleaning crew.

Stayed Feb 21, 2022First time in Red River in the winter. Beautiful with snow falls 3 of 5 days. .25 mile away from lifts. Lindsey our host was great. Would definitely use this again.
