Pictures were accurate. Beautiful home.Close to everything in area. Great views

The house was well stocked, pool was just as pictured, plenty of outdoor seating, and great grill area. Eddie was very easy to work with and helpful. We walked for coffee in the morning, to a food truck park one day, and the views were amazing as we did so. Our party was my husband, daughter, and my sister and the house was the perfect size for us.

We had an enjoyable stay. The accommodations were as described and the location was quiet and convenient to attractions and needs. The majority of our time was spent outdoors in the pool and BBQ areas which are phenomenal.

Seamless experience. Pool and hot tub were great. Was impressed with how quickly the hot temp reached temperature. Outdoor kitchen was awesome for grilling. The house was clean, stayed relatively cool even with doors open to the pool. Excellent visit overall and Eddie was very responsive throughout the process. Would absolutely book this again.

This place is like having a desert oasis all to yourself! Spacious living areas and a nice little kitchen as well. Close to local attractions, the lake, and shopping centers.

We stayed at River Oasis over Memorial Day Weekend to celebrate our daughter's college graduation. We had a wonderful stay! The home was warm and inviting and very clean. The host, Eddie, was easy to reach when we had questions about heating the hot tub. The best part of the stay was the pool and outdoor kitchen which we used to our full advantage. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and just about a 10 minute drive to London Bridge and shopping. I would stay here again.

All homes have beds and bathroom; they were great in this home as well. But when we go to Lake Havasu, we want to be outside. The backyard was mesmerizing. We spend 5 days swimming in the best pool in the city and a fantastic outdoor cooking set up. This in the one for people who want to be in the water.

We went to Havasu from the Phoenix area for a few days to get away and for the boys to do some fishing. The house was perfect! The backyard was great with the built in BBQ and the pool/hot tub. We brought our Alexa speaker and recommend everyone does. The master bed was so comfortable…seriously, the best sleep I’ve had in years. Thanks, Eddie for sharing your little Havasu Oasis with us!

convenient location hung out in the back yard most of the stay supper relaxing and the master bedroom bed was the best well worth the 10 hr drive
