Stayed Jul 31, 2025Our overall experience was very good! Everything went smoothly and we were very pleased with the house. The outdoor area and river access was our favorite part. Would love to stay here again!

Stayed Jul 9, 2025Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall great location, cabin very old and needs update and better cleaning. Showers had no pressure and one shower was straight hot water, no cold water. Location of this was everything! Property still had hair in bathtub, thorns in carpet. Could not go around barefoot in the house due to thorns everywhere. Also would not say kitchen was very stocked with items.

We love all of them and we love having Ms Nicole Bowman be our host this time around. Ms Bowman was so helpful with any questions that we had. Ms Bowman even helped me after we had already left Bunk house. My daughter pair of earrings at the house. Ms Bowman went to the house and made sure they were found for her. At frio family getaway they treat you like family and that’s one of the reasons we will always use them for our frio vacations. Love The Hatfield’s from Houston
