Reviewer Comments: the agency stayed in touch with me right up until arrival, all as pictured on web site. $ bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, great for our groups 4 couples. Nice pool, greta view of the hills out all back windows and patio. Great covered pation with seating for the eight of us. We awere able to watch all the college footballl games on the large screen TV. Dineer at The Laurel Tree was superb. Could not ahve been a better weekend. Thanks

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay. This is our second year to stay at this house. We like that each bedroom has its own bathroom. The property was clean and has pretty much everything you need. The pool is a plus, especially if the river is low. Access to the river is close. We do still rent a golf cart to get our stuff to and from the river.

Reviewer Comments: Luckily someone cancelled and we were able to book this house last minute. We cooked all of our meals - don't forget cooking spray/oil and spices! Along with other cooking essentials - foil, foil pans, etc. We did have an ant problem by the pool - someone came over to take a look but couldn't treat because they didn't find an active mound. Patio was perfect and the washer/dryer was a plus. We will be booking again for next year.

The property was clean, and all amenities were included as stated. Sara always provides excellent customer services and can answer any questions that may arise. We love how close the home is to the river as well as local shops. Our stay was fantastic, and we can't wait till next year.
