This place was absolutely amazing! The drive in makes it feel so secluded and as soon as you pull up to the house, it feels very inviting with lights in the trees and the house waiting to welcome you. The eating nook was our favorite spot to hangout at. The gameroom was awesome. The pool lights were fun at night and the hottub was ready to go for us the 1st night. We used the fire pit and it was cool it was just a little ways from the house because walking to it just felt like an experience. It was very accommodating and cozy. The only downside is since its all wood, the upstairs is very creaky. We had 2 babies so it was just something we had to work around with sleep. And it was totally fine. Hot water and water pressure was amazing. We didnt have towels in the secondary room upstairs but I'm sure that was a one off because everything else was well stocked and very clean. It was nice to have modern thermostats and we were very comfy upstairs. This place is pretty much perfect and they're definitely pros at hosting. I highly recommend! I'll keep this in mind for future family and friend gatherings.

Exceeded our expectations. The house the property and the pool were awesome. Communication was the best. My family had the most amazing time. Memories were definitely made this week. The host have thought of everything to make your stay a greay experience.

We celebrated my husband's 50th birthday with two other couples and kiddos. We had a wonderful time! The house was perfect as was the pool! Everyone had their own space, and the community spaces were so well thought out. We would most definitely recommend this house to others looking for a nice getaway!

Overall our stay was very nice and tranquil. The kids loved the game room, pool, and hot tub. I recommend wearing shoes around the house and outdoors as there is a possibility of scorpions being present (they are native to the hill country). Day trips to Blanco and Wimberly were also really fun. The kids also loved the Blanco State Park swimming area.

My friends and I (8 adults) stayed at this property for my 30th birthday, and it was wonderful! Everything was clean and in working order, and there were lots of amenities that made the stay a breeze. There were too many fun things available to do in one short weekend, so we will have to return!

Our family of 7, kids ages 14, 12, 6, 3 and 6 months, needed a some time away from the business of life and Rim Rock exceeded our expectations. We loved the quiet and beautiful surroundings. The pool was cold, but we loved doing cold plunges. Hot tub was a hit

The cabin is beautiful and offers many amenities that made our stay very comfortable. The surroundings are stunning, perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. We especially loved the firepit and barbecue area, which were ideal for evening gatherings.However, there were some cleaning issues that could be improved. We found water in the blender and some dirty pans, and there were no filters for the coffee maker, which was a minor inconvenience.Overall, it’s a charming place, and with a bit more attention to these details, it would be perfect. We would definitely recommend staying here for everything else it has to offer.

It was an easy arrival and entrance process. The host has thought about everything that you can possibly forget. The cabin is amazing and we all said we will be back again. They have all the games you can think of. I need to know where you found the old school arcade console, please let me know so I can get one.

Everything was perfect, as described. Enjoyed our weekend here. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to be at a nice quiet place with all the stuff you need!

We’re ready to go back. The only reason for dropping a star was the waterfall in the pool wasn’t working (pool was one of the main reasons we chose this location). Everything else was perfect

Everything was wonderful! We were able to take morning hikes at Pedernales and Enchanted Rock and come back to relax in the pool. Many toiletries, medication, kitchen staples, towels, and even firewood were provided! The only caution I would give folks is to wear shoes around the house as we did see 3 scorpions during our stay, but it is the hill country! Gotta expect some wildlife! Overall everything was super clean, beautiful pool and hot tub, secluded location where you can’t hear a lot of cars or other people

Lots of amenities and great relaxing place to get away

This property was very clean and well kept beautiful all wood home plenty of room to feel truly private communication with the host was quick and responsive. Our group highly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again.

Beautiful property. Everything was great. We stayed a whole week. The pictures are on point. We spent some much time in the awesome pool. House is wonderful and the beds were comfortable. Kids enjoyed the game room and the pool. We were bummed the hot tub wasn’t working, but the property manager emailed me and warned me about the hot tub before we arrived. Only thing I wish they would improve is maybe add a few more TV’s in the house. Only 1 TV in the living but it was nice too. We look forward too staying again at this property in the future.

This was a last minute booking for us. We wanted a secluded home with a pool. Property was very nice for the 5 of us. Played board games and old school video games together. Unfortunately hot tub was not available for our use. Otherwise house is exactly as advertised.

We decided to get the family together for a quiet getaway for grandma’s birthday and Father’s Day and this house did NOT disappoint! First, the house had the amazing log cabin feel from the pictures with modern amenities, was wonderfully clean, and had everything you needed! They even had travel sized things (like toothpaste and sanitizer) which were a very thoughtful touch for anyone who forgot something! The dining room was stocked with games, so anyone who enjoys a good game night had it at their fingertips! Last but not least, the game room was a hit with all the boys! The woods provided the serene sounds (and bugs) of nature, and the pool was GREAT! We honestly spent most of our time enjoying the pool! And the fire pit and hammocks were so nice after a long day in the pool! April (owner) was responsible and very friendly. Overall, the house in general had a lot of thought put into it! It was an amazing weekend getaway!

Such a gorgeous property and everything was available! I read reviews it was a well stocked home but there was more than we imagined. The whole family had a wonderful time! You need cell service to find the location but I think that is a generational issue that can be overcome. :) Once there we had no need to leave!
