With approximately 2,200+ square feet, this home offers significantly more space, light, and privacy than many Ridgepoint residences, making it an ideal retreat for families and groups seeking comfort without compromise. This is not a typical rental property — it is our personally maintained second home, thoughtfully upgraded with high-end finishes and premium amenities throughout. Guests enjoy luxury linens and pillows, elevated dishware and glassware, curated artwork, and a fully automatic Breville espresso machine that grinds fresh beans and prepares café-style beverages at the touch of a button.

The home is exceptionally well cared for and designed for both relaxation and fun, including a Nintendo Switch 2 with Mario Kart and Mortal Kombat, spacious gathering areas, and a level of comfort rarely found in vacation rentals. Every detail has been selected to provide a first-class Deer Valley experience.

Enjoy ski-down access to Snow Park Lodge with easy ski/walk/ski-home convenience. The generous 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath layout provides ample room for gathering, relaxing, and spreading out after a day on the mountain.

This expansive mountain townhome features three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a convenient half bath on the main level, washer and dryer, interior and exterior ski gear storage, and a private deck with a six-person hot tub—perfect for unwinding under the stars.

The main living level showcases a highly upgraded, open-concept kitchen with bar seating, a large dining table seating six, and a warm, inviting family room with a wood-burning fireplace. Large windows and the end-unit location fill the space with natural light. Step out onto the second private deck to take in beautiful views of Park City and Deer Valley. The upper-level loft overlooks the living area, and includes a loveseat and several lounging comfortable chairs with another TV, a Nintendo Switch 2 w/games, ideal for extended stays.

Ridgepoint at Deer Valley sits at over 8,000 feet elevation in Silver Lake Village, just 3.5 miles from historic Main Street Park City. During ski season, enjoy convenient access to the free city bus. Community amenities include a nearby ski access trail, a year-round common area hot tub, underground shared parking, and a seasonal outdoor pool and tennis courts during summer months (availability managed by the Ridgepoint HOA).

The ski-out access trail connects to Last Chance (Blue) and Success (Green) runs, delivering you to Snow Park Lodge. To return, take the Homestake or Carpenter Express chair, follow the SilverLink trail to the Ridgepoint access trail, and enjoy a short walk back to the home. While not traditional ski-in/ski-out, this is about as close and convenient as it gets. Ski out, ski/walk/ski home.

Silver Lake Village offers some of Park City’s finest dining and amenities, including Stein Eriksen Lodge, Café Mariposa, Royal Street Café, Cena, and the Goldener Hirsch, along with excellent shopping and ski services. Deer Valley’s renowned guest service completes the experience.

    109 PointRidge is a spacious, comfortable, well maintained and appointed condo which my wife, two grown daughters and I enjoyed a lot. Everything works. Great log fire. Nice kitchen. Also, great views!

    This is a beautiful home in a great location. Very well equipped -- lots of space with a cozy mountain vibe. The beds were super comfy and the hot tub was great -- living areas and kitchen were beautiful. We enjoyed the ski out/in location -- although the ski in part is a bit of an effort. Most of all, Lisa was fantastic and made every effort to make our trip as enjoyable as possible. She's such a lovely person and was so responsive. We will be back!

    The Check was super easy. The Manager texted me a week prior to check in date, made sure all my questions were answered, and gave all details I would need for the stay. The town home was clean. The living areas and a couple of the bedrooms have been renovated, they look and feel gorgeous! The master bathroom and a common have not yet been renovated, but they were clean. There were large containers of soap, shampoo in the bathrooms. the towels and sheets were clean. The kitchen was clean. Overall we enjoyed our stay tremendously! Thank you!

    This was our first trip to Deer Valley and this property was wonderful. Quiet location with beautiful interior and warm feel. 30 second walk to a trail to ski in/out to Deer Valley, which was a dream. We will be coming back again next year for sure!

    Great townhouse for a ski vacation. The home was clean and very well appointed. It is just a short ski down to the slopes. Easy access to all of the Deer Valley amenities and Main Street. The property manager was easy to communicate with and very helpful.

    Beautiful location and property. The property was very clean, well outfitted, great decor and with many other amenities. Lisa was so wonderful to work with. So close to the most beautiful slopes, spa and restaurants. Can’t wait to return.
