RP110 Ridgepoint Ski Escape Townhome: This Ski-Out and Ski-In with a short walk Townhome features 3 Bedrooms, plus a Den, a Loft and 3 Full Baths and it comfortably sleeps 6. This is a larger end-unit which is significantly more spacious than the smaller interior units. Ski out your front door to access a spectacular Deer Valley experience. On the way back in, you ski most of the way and then it isa short 4 minute walk. It is no secret why Deer Valley has consistently been named the #1 or #2 ski resort in North America. We hope you will enjoy our Deer Valley home as much as we do.

The great location and its numerous amenities, including a ski closet for your ski equipment right outside the door, deck, and high-speed Wi-Fi, make this an ideal mountain getaway.

The main level of this delightful townhome features wood flooring and high ceilings with natural light pouring in providing a bright and airy atmosphere. The dining area has seating for 8 at the table, plus additional seating for 6 at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is well stocked with essentials for your cooking creations. The living area has a beautiful floor to ceiling stone gas fireplace, TV, and glass sliders leading to an outdoor deck. The home comfortably sleeps 6 in beds. The lower level features all three bedrooms. The master has a lovely view out to trees and mountains and features a King size bed. Bedroom Two has a Queen Bed and outdoor access to the deck. Bedroom Three features two twin size beds. There is also a comfortable sofa in the den. The loft features two pull out sleeper single love seats.

The Ridgepoint townhomes are located less than a mile from Deer Valley Resort`s Silver Lake Village and less than a 10-minute drive from historic Main Street in Park City. The complex offers a nearby ski trail with easy access to Deer Valley Resort`s slopes, as well as a year-round common area hot tub, and outdoor pool and tennis court during the summer months.

TRANSPORTATION: The Ridgepoint town-homes are located three quarters of a mile from Deer Valley Resort`s Silver Lake Village, and 3.5 miles from historic Main Street in Park City. The free complimentary Park City-Deer Valley shuttle stop is a short walk from your Ridgepoint Townhome.

SKI ACCESS: Nestled in the mountains at over 8,000 feet, you ski-out on an access trail that leads to the Last Chance and then Success ski runs which take you to Snow Park Lodge. On the way home, take the Home Stake or Carpenter Express chair and then take the SilverLink trail to the access trail to Sterling drive and then it is a short four-minute walk.

    Nice Condo in quiet peaceful neighborhood. Ski out easy, ski in with some walking. Overall lovely stay! They do need to have an operations book with instructions on how to operate various items. It would also be great to have a detailed map of ski in and ski out access from this exact unit. Video for ski-in, ski-out was very helpful. Overall a delightful stay and we would definitely book again.
