Ridge Street Cottage: Pet-Friendly, Hot Tub, Steps from Main St, Downtown

Great place to stay if you want to be able to walk 5-7 minutes to all restaurants, shops, and Breck station (to ski resort)! We especially enjoyed the jacuzzi, gas fireplace that put off a lot of heat, and in-floor heating in the bathroom was a nice touch!

Super helpful and communicative hosts! Location near Main Street and restaurants couldn't be beat, and it was nice to have dedicated parking. Kitchen was fully stocked, which was also helpful.

We loved our stay at Ridge Street Cottage. It was clean, comfortable, and close to everything. Highlights included the well-stocked kitchen, hot tub, view of the mountains, proximity to Main Street & Breckenridge Market, and attached parking garage. The host/property manager was friendly, helpful, and responsive, as well. Highly recommend!

Excellent stay. The location can not be any better for Breck. Access to everything is a few steps away. Management company communication was probably the most accurate, timely, and precise that we have ever experienced with a rental. Immediate responses both leading up to the check in and while staying there. Really first class customer service. Not reflected in the online photos is how good the ski slope views are. That was an unexpected surprise. Also this was one of the most well equipped rentals we have ever had with TP, towels, kitchen utensils, and so on. Thanks for hosting us.

Great property in a prime location right off Main St. Place was clean and comfortable and the hosts were very helpful and responsive. Would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect location for some of the best eateries in Breckenridge. Quiet, relaxing and really nice cottage. Just a block off Main St. And walking distance to all attractions.

This is our second stay and I’m sure we will be back again! Perfect location. Very well stocked kitchen, very clean and comfortable. And extremely easy check in and good communication. Don’t hesitate…just book it.

Had the most incredible getaway here, could not recommend enough! Easy access to anything you’d need, and walking distance to a dog park as well. The communication was super quick if we had any questions. We will definitely be booking here again in the future :)

Stayed at the place for a week, not a better location in town. The place has it all, nice high vaulted ceilings, great fireplace and very private considering you are downtown. The management was on the spot and the underground parking was also a huge plus. You can’t go wrong with staying here! Would love to return.

Our family of four had an amazing stay. The cute little cottage was clean, comfortable, cozy, and warm. It was stocked well with anything you could possibly need. The washer/dryer and hot tub were added bonuses. The location was truly exceptional. It was within walking distance to a grocery store, restaurants, shops, literally everything. I couldn’t imagine a better location. We look forward to coming back!

Very cute, very well appointed cottage in downtown Breckenridge. So cozy. It made our weekend of watching the Christmas Tree lighting awesome!

The Ridge Street Cottage was great! You can’t beat the location and the place was exactly as advertised. The property manager was quick to answer any questions we had and made sure to check in to see if we needed anything. We visit Breckenridge a couple times a year and will definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect rental property for a long weekend up in Breck! The place is in a perfect location and walking distance from so many good restaurants and shops. The check-in process was incredibly smooth, and it was great to have a garage to park our vehicle in. The property was very clean, and we felt right at home. We stayed for 6 weeks during the summer. This cottage was ideally located, within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops and grocery stores. The cottage was spacious with plenty of storage space. The kitchen was very well equipped. We prepared breakfast and lunch almost daily. We even prepared dinner 2 to 3 times a week during our stay. Garage parking was a plus. The management company was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. This was one of the better VRBO rentals that we’ve stayed in.
