Stayed Jan 4, 2026Location was fantastic. Quiet neighborhood with kind neighbors. Great running walking behind the neighborhood. House had what we needed and all slept comfortable. Beds were very comfortable, big point for me.

Stayed Feb 27, 2025We booked this house for a family wedding. On the day of the wedding, a large tree branch fell on our car. We were parked in the driveway. The property manager was notified but was not helpful at all. The neighbors were kind enough to help us remove the branch. We tried to get help from the manager but were told to just “turn it in to your insurance company“. He was very rude and didn’t bother to ask if anyone was hurt. Our car had 8000 in damages and he wouldn’t even help with our 500 deductible. So buyer beware. ius remove the branch.

Stayed Dec 13, 2024We surprised my husband’s mom w/a Boerne weekend to celebrate her 80th! The house was perfect…clean, decorated so cute and only minutes from downtown. Would definitely rent again :)

Stayed Dec 6, 2024Richter’s Garage is a lovely home to stay in if you’re spending time in Boerne. The home is very spacious and located on a quiet street within walking distance of downtown shops and restaurants. The checkin process was smooth and the checkout process isn’t filled with a long list of “to-do’s” which was appreciated when you’re trying to get on the road. Would definitely book Richter’s Garage again when back in the area.

Stayed Nov 21, 2024We had the best time staying in the Boerne area! The house was perfect for our needs, and we really enjoyed the amenities. We were able to spend our days out golfing and shopping then come back and relax by the fire pit or play some pool in the garage. The theme of the house was really cool, and we all really enjoyed ourselves during our stay. I would definitely recommend this home for anyone else looking to stay in Boerne!
