Description

Older home with lots of character, walking distance to downtown Richmond. Very convenient location, close to anything you want. Located about 2 miles off of I-75. The house has 2 bedrooms, and 1 bath. There is a queen size bed in both of the bedrooms, and a futon in the living room. If you like the outdoors, we have a side porch with a swing, and a sitting area in the yard with a fish pond. The driveway goes behind the house for parking and is quite narrow, which can be a challenge forlarge vehicles. There is plenty of room in the driveway out front for parking if you are unable to pass through, which is also safe. The driveway side of the backyard is open, so the yard is not fully fenced.
