Richmond Home with Pool, 5 Mi to Downtown!

I would call the Vrbo adequate. Not the best, not particularly well equipped. The beds are sub-par. And the fact that every room has an air freshener means there's something else going on.

This was a great stay for my family from out of town. It was spacious, quiet, and located nicely between the airport, our main activities, and my home. There was plenty to do at this property and the host was great!

Overall this was a very desirable location and rental. Huge front and back yard, well decorated and smelled awesome when we walk in. Minor issues with microwave handle being broken on the bottom and uncleaned oven that created a lot of smoke when turned on. We cleaned as best we could to prepare dinner and carried on. I would recommend.

We came down for my daughter's VUU Queen Coronation and were happy to be able to stay on this property. The property is secluded and serene, which my entire family loved! the property was spacious and beautiful. Upon entry we were greeted by a crisp A/C Unit and GORGEOUS & CLEAN DECOR! Every Room was spacious and decorated beautifully. My nine-year-old son was excited about the poo (we didn't use) and the trampoline. Everything we needed was provided, for the most part, and anything else needed was in close proximity to the property. The owners' welcome books and notebooks were on hand with the rules and instructions for electronics and what to do when checking out. Although the Wi-Fi in the welcome book was incorrect, the Wi-Fi information sent in the initial check in email worked perfectly. CONS: - The driveway into the property was extremely narrow and scraped our rental cars. - The dust in the house was heavy and with most of us having allergies we weren't too happy about that. - My elderly mother has balance issues and when she attempted to take a shower, the balance bar fell off while she tried to grip it. Although the Maintenace man came and snapped it back on the wall, it fell off throughout the day even when it was not in use, which makes it a health and fall hazard. - The hand towel holder in the first bathroom kept falling off the wall. - None of the vents in the bathrooms were working, which in the long run can cause mold. It was a nice place to stay. The owners supplied extras (toiletries, coffee, wine, candy, etc.) that we did not expect. The only disappointment was that there were very little silverware use in the kitchen. Other than that, it was a comfortable and nice place to stay.

Cute, cozy, and quite! The house is super spacious. The living room is perfect for getting together playing games and enjoying each others’ company. The backyard is multi functional and have a family of groundhogs camping out, so adorable! Family vibes for sure, didn’t have to worry about much while staying at this property.

Perfect for 3 people or 3 couples, we used it for business travel, had some issues with the internet going out but that's the ISP's issue not the property. Place was clean and they had bottled water on site for us when we arrived. We cooked most meals due to the high price to eat out.

In spite of a few areas needing improvement the stay was amazing. The property is big enough that you can be together with your group or alone if need be. The pool could use entry/exit stairs, and the property could be treated more for inspects/bugs in the house and outside. Backyard is huge with plenty of room for different activities. Easily highway accessible and worth the drive to Williamsburg. Great time spent with friends for a weekend getaway!

The interior decoration of the house was amazing and the property has a HUGE yard (maybe enough for a full football field ??). Great location just outside of Richmond. Everything was smooth and well done. Highly recommend!!
