Great space, easy and seamless check in and stay!

The house was even more beautiful and spacious than the pictures - very up to date, clean and well designed. We were extremely comfortable. The owners went above and beyond to ensure that everything you could possibly need was provided. The high quality and attention to detail made our family feel like we were staying in a 5 star hotel.The location was perfect with most attractions and interests being 8 minutes away.If we come back to the area we will definitely stay here again.Great communication from the owners as well.A rating from us and we’re pretty fussy.

I really enjoyed this rental. It was clean and I appreciated intentional detail by the owner to make us comfortable. (all the way down to labeling cabinets around the house for easy access).

What a wonderful property. Well decorated, wonderfully renovated. The host is terrific and very responsive. My guests referred to this as the mansion!

We loved the space and the complimentary items. It's such a nice place and great location. It was so nice and clean. Enough room for all of us.

We (my co-workers and I) rented this home for a convention that was in town. The house was spotless and we loved the extra details (labeled cabinets, glass plaques with information throughout, waters and snacks at arrival, no crazy instructions for check-out, a tv and ceiling fan in every bedroom etc.). I wish we could have stayed longer to experience some of the historical things Richmond has to offer. We would definitely rent this same home if ever in Richmond again.

My friends and I (5 of us) chose the Richmond Gem for our annual post-holiday gathering. We came from different cities, so we each needed to bring a vehicle. We found there to be ample parking, both at the house and along the street. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, although I wouldn't call it 'walkable'. There wasn't much to walk to, but no matter. We bring all our food and drink with us! The house itself is wonderful! Everything has been upgraded, and the owner/host didn't skimp on quality. The beds were very comfortable with cozy bed linens and pillows. The bathrooms were well stocked with clean towels, wash clothes, and essential toiletries. We found the house to be clean, nicely decorated, and well appointed with good quality kitchen appliances and plenty of cooking utensils. They even left a goody basket for us, which was so lovely! The host stayed in touch in case we had any concerns, which we appreciated. We took an Uber to dinner at Stellas... highly recommended too! Overall, definitely 5 stars. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home, comfortable beds. Dunkin’ coffee and lots of it. Water and snacks provided. I will definitely come back if i return to Richmond. We were also provided with an early check in for my 90 year old mother. What more could you ask for!

Newly remodeled and well done. House is stocked with everything you need including “emergency” pasta sauce and spaghetti. Easy communication with owner. Thanks!

The property was clean, comfortable, and felt luxurious. The three bedrooms were comfortable and the area was pretty quiet. The owner was quick with the replies and never felt stressed about being in the property. Richmond is a nice place to visit, and this house made the stay more enjoyable.
